O_O wow.

Kat Dakuu 08-06-2010 06:33 AM

indeed. wow.

rampartte 08-06-2010 06:34 AM

that's a bit crazy man.

Kat Dakuu 08-06-2010 06:35 AM

people get crazy with gold sometimes.

Dimitri Bloodbane 08-06-2010 06:42 AM

Yeah, I'd probably do the same thing, but I don't have as much gold as I used to have.

Kat Dakuu 08-06-2010 06:46 AM

my gold is very quickly dwindling....I never have a lot though except when I was saving up for my ninja arsenal last week. 12k is definitely the highest my gold has ever been. what can I say though? I'm addicted to items.

yes....um.... just to let you guys know how my plan to take over the world has been going:

@Kat: I think the highest my gold count was since I've been on Mene was about 36k. :ninja: Nowhere near that now.

 Oro? When did you make that post? I never saw it. :?

rampartte 08-06-2010 06:53 AM

Kat Dakuu 08-06-2010 06:54 AM

wow, I would never have held onto gold that long!

lol, it was in this thread. I started my conquest elsewhere.

aw, nigth Miki!

Dimitri Bloodbane 08-06-2010 06:56 AM

@Miki: Aww, alright. G'nite and sweet dreams, then. I'll have a post ready for you for when you get back online.

@Kat: Ohh, ok. No wonder I didn't see that post.

Kat Dakuu 08-06-2010 06:57 AM

yep. I chat LOTS! grand adventures are hard to contain to one thread.

Dimitri Bloodbane 08-06-2010 06:58 AM

I suppose you have a point there. :P

Kat Dakuu 08-06-2010 07:00 AM

oh, I always have a point. it's not always a good one... But its a point!

Dimitri Bloodbane 08-06-2010 07:20 AM

*lol* Anyway, I think I'm going to head to bed as well. Maybe I'll get a decent night's sleep tonight. *crosses fingers*
G'nite and sweet dreams, Kat.

Kat Dakuu 08-06-2010 07:22 AM

So...

My roommate got a text on Thursday after lunch saying we're being evicted from the barracks. The leadership from those in charge of the barracks didn't even BOTHER telling anyone in the other units. So our sergeants were frantically trying to find out if there's truth. And sure enough, we were booted out.

So...

I've been kicked across the post to another barracks. :) Ah, all my belongings are in TRASH BAGS.

lulz at my life. xD

Dimitri Bloodbane 08-06-2010 07:52 PM

 Evicted? How does one get evicted from military barracks? There must be some sort of screw loose in the head of whoever evicted you, because I can't imagine my sweet, innocent, little TK doing anything to deserve something like that. :talk2hand: It just doesn't make any sense. Then again, I've noticed that the decisions of higher-ups in all walks of life tend to be pretty screwy in some fashion or another. Anywho, sorry to hear about your misfortune, and I hope things start working out for you soon.

Kat Dakuu 08-06-2010 08:07 PM

aw, poor tori! that's pretty crazy!
okay....I'm going to stop typing because I now have 3 keys that are acting screwy and its hard to type....

Dimitri Bloodbane 08-07-2010 02:40 AM

@Kat: Oh? Acting screwy how, exactly? Aryah was having a few issues with some of the keys on her laptop. Turned out that she ended up having to have the entire keyboard replaced.

Kat Dakuu 08-07-2010 02:46 AM

a few of the keys aren't really working. something is stuck under them I think. woah, as if magically, one of them just suddenly started working again. O___o weird.

Dimitri Bloodbane 08-07-2010 02:56 AM

That's the same thing Aryah's did at first. Then some of them quit working altogether while others wouldn't stop working.

Kat Dakuu 08-07-2010 02:57 AM

O__o that's very weird. hm. my keyboard better not break!
oh, I found my phone charger!

Dimitri Bloodbane 08-07-2010 03:03 AM

Yeah, I wouldn't even want to think of how much it would cost to have a laptop sent in and have the entire keyboard replaced. We were lucky enough that Aryah's comp was still under warranty...barely. There was only a month or two left on the warranty when her keyboard threw fits.

Cool. Glad you found it rather than having to go out and buying a new one.

Kat Dakuu 08-07-2010 03:07 AM

well I've only had this computer for a year. its sad that it always seems to have something wrong with it.

indeed. I forgot that when I got back from my mission trip that my bag was full of ants and I had to take everything out of it and I left my charger by the door.

Dimitri Bloodbane 08-07-2010 03:11 AM

I forget, what kind of laptop do you have again? Was it a Toshiba, or a HP?

Hmm, not exactly the kind of souvenirs one would typically enjoy bringing back from a trip. Well, at least you found your charger. That's the main thing.
