And fried ice cream is usually cinnamon ice cream on a fried flaky sweet tortilla cinnamon crisp thingie with caramal sauce and whipped cream and I think it's rolled in nuts too or something.. at least that's how I get it around here. XD The fried has more to do with the fried sweet tortillas the icecream is in, hee. EDIT: Correction! I just double checked by googling it and I guess you CAN fry it! You coat it in cookie crumbs and stuff, the scoop of ice cream which is frozen like a rock. Then basically dip it for a few seconds into the fryer to fry the outside but not melt it all. My bad! Though I didn't think they really fried it by me, just took the cheap route and coat it in crumb stuff. :p |
