Menewsha is motivation. If I know that a thread is active, I will work on a certain amount of words, then go post. I keep flippiing back and forth, so there is variety. Thus, I keep attention longer since I do not have to fly all over the internet for something to do.

When it is quiet however.. then MSN gets turned on, and there are problems.

Yeah I have to multi task at everything I do.. In math I'm on MSN on my cell and listening to music and can still pay attention enough to do my work correctly.

Math horrifies me. We had to learn math today in Journalism. I was the one laughing with my eyes rolling in the back of my head. My Professor said "Some people come to Journalism to escape math. Bad idea."

"Oh snap," was my first reaction to that.

Well, think about it. When you are listening to a news report covering a corporation, and they are giving the typical salary for an employee... Some journalists will take ALL of the salaries in the company and average it.

Can you see the problem with that? ;)

You have to be extremely careful when you read averages and such like that in the news. Unless it's finance, something is probably wrong.

If you were to become a journalist, you will have stories thrown at you, especially if you have a marketing and math background.

It's easy to become a journalist once you are specialized in a subject. Becoming a journalist right of the bat is a lot more difficult.

What are you thinking about now?

I'm not sure at all.
In Health we're covering careers and such.. web developer/designer/webmaster keep popping up for me.. though I'm interested in learning code and such.. I know nothing of it.. maybe I should start trying to teach myself some xD

There are tons of tutorials and stuff online. My ex-boyfriend taught himself. I also have a friend who is a programmer/web designer. He did a computer science program, I believe.
