Basically the whole story..
I clicked on a icon in someone's signature, leading to a charity thread. I was then logged out. Forgetting that it could be a trap, I logged back in. After awhile, I got logged back out, due to inactivity. I went to log back in, the password was wrong. I tried again; wrong. 15 min block from Gaia was all I was awarded. So, I sat there freaking out, then I log onto a mule accout. As I am talking to 2 of my friends (trying to make sense of everything that happened) I tried logging in again. Again, wrong pass. I try my e-mail account, it's not being in use. I know I used that e-mail, I have the confirmation e-mail from Gaia when I joined on here. I can send it if it helps. But it says it's not in use.. So, I file my report. One of my friends said to email Gaia, and all I got was this back: This message has been automatically created in response to the feedback form that you've submitted and a summary of which appears below. We will contact you when we have a request for more information or an answer to your questions. If you need to contact us on this issue before then you should reply to this email to ensure we are able to respond properly. Please do not reply to this email unless you have new information pertaining to this issue. Thank you, [email protected] Im really upset.. All of my stuff is gone.. 2 years of Gaia.. wasted... |

The thing is.. I looked at my profile.. And it seems totally undisturbed. She still has the same avatar, none of the items are taken off of it. And, at the time, she wasnt logged in ether.

@Tori: I saw a few threads where people where hacked or temp banned for no reason, and before their report even goes through they get unbanned. I also saw somewhere that the hacking reports are so backed up that it could take months for anything to happen.. I dunno if I could wait that long.. It doesnt look like anything is wrong with the account, but by the time I do hear anything, all of my stuff could be gone, and they wont do anything about missing items.
I'm thinking about opening an art shop to try to raise funds to get my stuff back, but Im sure nothing is going to happen, even though the really just need to reset the password and send it to me. But the last time I made an art shop, it bombed. I got no requests.. |
