Honey and Clover
In two months Shojo Beat is finally saying goodbye to NANA [noo ;A;]
But saying HELLO! to Honey & Clover. I personally LOVE this anime and have been watching it subbed. And I'm soo excited for it to be serialized in Shojo Beat. They also did a live action film on it, ahh. Which I havn't seen About Honey & Clover (Possible spoilers): Quote:

I have a love-hate relationship with Honey and Clover. >_>; It's like--when I first watched the anime, it annoyed me but I couldn't stop watching it (mostly because I like to finish a series when started). I think the thing that really annoyed me was the indecisiveness throughout the show. Yet, I kept watching it and even Honey and Clover II. xD; I thought the ending was bittersweet, when Takemoto was eating the honey and clover sandwhich Hagu gave him. ;3<

Very cute series, I love it! I've seen both the first and second season and I love it really much. I've never read the manga or seen the live action ( Acually I didn't know they have one. )Hagu-Chan is soo cute! >w<

just got the Nov 2007 volume of Shojo Beat
so its in there. i want to see whats so specially about it. |
I loved the anime because I'm an art student and there are some parts where I'm like "yes, that is what its like in an art department."
I really don't like Hagu- Cute to the point of disgusting with no real contribution to anything other than something for male cahracters to creepily fall in love with. I haven't caught up with my Beat in a while, so I only read the first two chapters I think. |
I really enjoyed it! I never finished the second season though, even though I have it downloaded. ;w; It's difficult to pinpoint what exactly I like about the series. It got me hooked on the "slice of life" genre. xD; I love the characters, and the art school aspect. I guess the whole "feel" of the show is what grabs me. ^w^;;
OH WOW this thread is old. Somebody needs to check out the manga section more often. >_>;; |
