Ive seen fireflies, they are aweomse.

They aren't that special, they poop in your hands, and if you accidently kill it while it's lighting up, you'll ahve glowing guts.

You can barely tell they're bugs, though. All you see is a little gold light for a few seconds, it'll disappear for a few seconds, then reappear.

One of my friends said that if you squished one, it'll have shiny sparks...and then she tried to squish one to show us.

I've seen flies with glow.. but I don't think they are fire flies

They look more like beetles with a blue glow.

Blue or green.. I can't remember,

They must be green though, I remember I use to catch them with my friends

and they hardly ever appear during the year.
