competition as in there are more than one company offering internet, so if they drive up the prices, everyone will go to the company that is cheaper... ^^;
right now, the more expensive is for speed... there really isn't any set limit... (i'm sure they set SOME SORT of limit, but it must be really high since i have never reached it... XD ) i think there is no limit, but if they "suspect" you of having your comp as a mass server for d/l, then they'll start charging you. ^^; |
