well, i'm somewhat into comp stuff... i used to make websites (simple ones) and stuff like that, and i can usually fix software problems (that's not from huge trojans) with telephone help from my cousin... (at least i know the difference between the parts of my comp XD ) so i'm not totally dumb on it. but yeah, never really went into computers cuz i know i would have too little support among friends and family, so i never went into the field. XD

i think i liked chem until i had the most boring teacher in the world for ap chem. >.>

i don't dress that great... especially not to work cuz no point in looking nice if i'm just lecturing in front of a bunch of students who probably won't care if i showed up in t-shirt and jeans anyways. XD but when i go out with friend i put on contacts and wear my nice clothes... even tho half of them come out in t-shirt and jeans too. XD

comp stuff might help with animation... graphic designing... and also especially if you ever decide to go into 3D animation. that would probably require comp stuff. <3

ahh i see *^* i am terrible with hardware, and most of the time installation on comp seems to hate me -always takes 2 tries to get it working..-
as for website. i think that's where i will probably go into, all my work right now is web programming related.. -haven't got a REAL programming job yet rofl-

i'm thinking of learning a bit of hardware from my cousin, cuz i'm debating on building my own computer or buying a ready built one. (i have to ask him)
laptops are always ready-built, but i want to get a desktop... so i have to see.

in terms of teachers... yeah... unfortunately, i've heard from my students that i'm not a bad teacher, but they still hate the subject. XD

i like dressing up, but our district don't really have a dress code for teachers... well, of course don't be too revealing or wear anything with profanity, but other than that, A LOT of teachers come to school in jeans or shorts and t-shirt... also, i try not to dress too cutesy and stuff cuz i look like student if i did. so i'm in glasses and something usually more mature but not business-like mostly... ^^;

but even 2D, there's some comp-related stuff to it too right? unless you are only drawing... ^^;

umm depends i guess.. i'm not sure though..

well, building one lets you choose how fast it is, the amount of ram... how nice your video card is... and then you could make sure that you have enough fans so that your system doesn't burn out. XD and in general, you get a much better comp for probably the same price... ^^; (just that you need to know how to wire stuff. <-- not my specialty ^^; )

well, not ALL the students think i'm good. XD

yeah, probably if i ever decide to sit in a seat in one of the higher classes, people will think i'm one of the students. (as in if i was in a freshman class, everyone knows i'm the teacher, but if i went into a senior class... i remember i got hit on before. XD )

yeah, you can make it go faster than the presets (i forgot the official term)... but you can't if you buy computers because if you open up the back you lose the warranty. >.<
(whereas if it's self-built, most of the parts by themselves each have a warranty.)

most common criticism: too much hw and tests are too hard XD

lol... it was only one second... cuz then right after that, another student (one of my previous students) told him i was the teacher and he got a little embarrassed... (i was observing another teacher. XD )

that's about all i know about it... cuz i've seen my cousin build 1 computer and my friend build 2, and my ex built 1... so that's why i know the basics. ^^;

homework-wise, i usually give around 20-25 problems, unless they are one-step, then sometimes 40. XD then again, if it was really hard, i might give 15. ^^; (but then other teachers sometimes give 15... and 10 or less for hard problems. ^^; )

test-wise... well, for geometry and algebra 2, most teacher give all multiple choice tests... usually i make it 60% MP and 40% free-response, so you can't really guess your way through it. XD and if i don't make it free response, my test is like 35 problems whereas the other teacher's is like 20-25. XD
but then during the final, among my students, i had 1 F only... and that was curved among a bunch of classes from different teachers combined. ^^; but of course that does not refelct final grades. ^^;

lol... but i teach regular classes. (yeah, my honors class usually has the worst of my homeworks... 30+ usually unless there's a lot of steps, then 20+... usually include some sort of proof or "show why it's true" questions. XD ) and they never get multiple choice tests... other than final cuz we are preparing them for MP state-wide tests. ^^;

i'm not very smart tho. XD i was too lazy when i was in school to get really good grades or anything. but i did enough to pass. XD

fashion? well, this is an actual RL outfit. tho i don't dress like this to work... well, at least i haven't much.
