I think if the screen shots were the problem she would have just been asked to repost. I did my inventory in 2 shots since 6 pages of it would make the items really small and hard to see. And since the inventory is required it just makes it easier to make the items more visible. I think as long as it is shown that it is you that the inventory belongs to etc it should be ok. But Since I am not Aeris nor Zweres you may want an answer from one of them for better clarification.

Is the Valentine's pendant available to people who already have a different Valentine's 2007 item? I see bidders who have other V-Day items approved for the hairpin and belt, but I want to make sure about the pendant because I don't recall whether I've seen it opened up to everyone in past auctions.
|
Yeah you can bid on the pendant if you already have a belt and hairpin!^^
|
Am I allowed to bid on the hairpin if I am outbid on the king's crown? Or am I only allowed to bid on 1 item per auction?
|
c0th: you can switch your bid. (I asked the same question for the last auction XD)
|
Ok gooood :D
Thanks! |
Much <3 for people who answer questions whilst I am away! Thanks guys <3

Thank you for the answer melody xyelle. :) |
Ok, I just want to have some clarification on something.
I believe that we are all only allowed to bid on ONE item per auction. With that said if someone bids on TWO items would their bids for BOTH of those two items be invalid or just for the extra second item they bid on? Keep in mind that the people have had their bids for the first item validated by Aeris already. I am only asking this because I see that two people have now placed a bid for another item. From my understanding it seems like they still want their bids on the first item to stay in tact. The auction will be ending in just a day and I am wondering if I should disregard the person's 1k bid on the Queen's Crown because they are bidding on the King's Crown already. |
I just realized that there are only two V-day belts left, but I'm pretty sure there was a rule that one can't go in the auctions again until time has passed. I won the pendant in the last auctions, but since there are only two belts left, would I be able to bid on it next round?
|
Min- I know, I got confused about that too. I'm not sure what we should do ><
|
@Sisely: We can be confused together then > w <
According to my limited knowledge I think that the only valid bid so far was one for 800g, although you already upped it to 1.1k @Suteki: If I understand this properly you are asking if you are allowed to bid on the V-Day belt right after you won the last auction for the pendant? I assume that you should be able to do that, but since you won an auction for a V-day item it may be different. I just won last weeks auction for the Bunny Hairpin and when I bidded for the Queen's Crown it was accepted. |

Alright cool, thanks. :) M i n u x e || They bid on a second item when they had the high bid on another item? That is not allowed as far as I know. :/ We'll have to wait for Aeris to answer that one. People are, however, allowed to switch their bid to a different item if they get outbidded on the one they were going for. So for example, if Person A bidded 1k on the King's Crown and Person B outbidded them with 1050g, then Person A would then be free to bid on the Queen's Crown instead. Suteki || You are allowed to bid on other V-Day items, just not the one(s) you have already. :) |
OH gosh i just noticed i bid on two items D:
I thought Sisely outbid me so i went for the belt D: Sorry -Kitten- |
ah caroline, we're allowed to do that?~
no wonder i saw someone bid on two items.. >.< |
Sorry, I know this is already the sixteenth auction, but if allowed, I want to make a small suggestion. Instead letting people to put their bid while waiting to be validated, maybe you can make a rule so that only people who's already been validated first(with inventory screen-shots, clean record, keyword, etc), can put down their first bid? Just so there won't be unvalidated bid mixed within the other bids and raised the bids rate into unnecessarily high amount. I'm just think it would be frustrating if someone not yet validated, suddenly make a high bid jumping way above the previous last bid (like from 500g to 15k for example), when turned out in the end that person isn't considered as a valid participant, but the current bid is already high because other participants aren't aware of the situation and keep adding up their bid above that person's bid. As the result, the auctioned item in auction can ends up in a much higher bid than what supposedly still reachable by some other less rich participants during that time of the auction, if that person's bid wasn't there. Having a bid put down by an unvalidated participant can easily mess up the rise in bids and might also open an opportunity for anyone who just want to intentionally messed the auction, for whatever reason. That is why validating their participation before they put their first bid would better I think, and maybe you can put in the first page a list of names of the current auction's validated participants, so the other participants would only try to over-bid the bids coming from the people in that list. I hope suggesting something like that won't get me in trouble, and that what I just type isn't too confusing. ^^;;;; |
looks at time...k so it ends at 5:00 ...what time zone? cst or a different one?
|
It's CST ^^
CST Time - http://timeanddate.com/worldclock/re...?query=Chicago So there are still 9 and a half hours to go xD |
titaneatomoe, the end time and time zone is posted in the auction's first page. It's CST. :3 Aeris even put a link to www.dateandtime.com so we can know the exact time. |
it says start cst time but end time was just 5:00 so i was just checking >.< ... i'll be at work for most of it (same time as over here) i'll just make it for the last hour 0.o

For this Kitten, I am sorry but you are rebanned from the auction. Suteki, normally you would have to wait to bid, however because I have been gone it wasn't done as properly as I would normally. It would be okay for you to bid. Witch, that is a good suggestion, but I have just come up with an idea that might suit us both. I am going to lengthen the auctions to run for 8 days but instead of having a no sniping rule for 20 minutes, I am not going to let anyone enter the auction on the last day. That way, since the bids are getting more serious, and with the validation rule, things will go much easier. I hope that sounds agreeable ;3 <3 Yes Tita, it is CST so from now it would be 7 hours. |
@ Aeris: I just thought it would guarantee a smoother bidding competitions if all the bidders during the whole time of the auction are already registered/validated, specially during the times when you can't be online to constantly monitor the progress of the auction. But the extra time with no new bidders in the last day sounds great too. ^^ <3 Are you going to do the 8 days auctions starting on this auction or the next one? Oh yeah, I'm really a total newbie about auction, but what's considered as snipping, specially in this auction? Is this mean we're not allowed to make last seconds high bid or something like that? ^^;; |
I would be starting the 8 day auctions for the next auction yes. While there might be still an issue during the week about the validation bids, but the last day is when it is most important so I figure that would work. XD;;
The no sniping rule is basically the last 20 minutes of the auction, no one is allowed to enter and try to snatch the items out from anyone. For those 20 minutes, only people who have been bidding are allowed to bid. |
*snaps fingers* Ah, there goes my hope that there will be extra days for this auction. xD <3 I guess you're right. The last day is where the real battle will be seen. Ah I see, so it's that kind of snipping. Thank you for the explanation. I was confused by it before. ^^ EDIT: Sorry, Aeris! I need to ask one more question, that have been addressed by other participants but I'm still not too clear about it. ^^;; So, if our bid on one item is outbid, can we just directly jump to bid another item, or should we wait for your approval first before we do that? (um, I ask this because I heard this is allowed?) I need to know, in case this is going to happen during the last minute. |
You may directly bid for another thing, though if it's a crown I would like to see your inventory again XD <3
