Oh Yeah, well I look at this way, Mistakes happen and she was not only big enough to admit she made one she apologized. Which to me, shows backbone and character. I can understand how you would feel, and I saw both sides of it. There won't be a next time. It was a lesson in life and how one thing can be mistaken for another if all the facts arent looked at before hand.

oh no, I agree and it was great that she apologized. It's not about her, it's just an embarassing thing to happen, I would just hate to see any doubt planted into staff's head.

There wasnt any to begin with, those of us who are upper staff never jump to a conclusion. Im the one who looks into one aspect Randeh another, Bobbis the over all. Randeh layered them she knew it wasnt so. So No harm no foul for us. Rest assured we all understand it was just that. A misunderstanding. One thing we are real good at is communications. I can see where it was embarrassing, but I know both of you well enough to know it will all heal up and be fine.
