I'm totally not a slacker! I got a lot done this morning actually, and I'm about to accomplish a bit more so that when I come in Monday I'm not super busy. :D

Yeah, Mr. Gyros is gonna be awesome. I haven't been there in awhile.

OMG, so my ankle is all painful still, but now I'm icing it and heating it, and I've got a compression wrap around the whole thing. I don't want to go to the doctor, but we'll see if it gets better. T_T

Stupid heels. NEVER AGAIN!

Well, I'm not really sure. It could be a bone bruise, because I can't see any actual bruising on my skin, but it all started after I wore the heels for a couple of hours. It wasn't really all that long, but I walked in gravel and had a hard time of it. Anyways, I took them off at the wedding reception, and afterward, my left foot hurt.

The next day, it still hurt, but I figured it was just because of the shoes and that it'd stop. BUT NOOooo. We went to the zoo, and I walked around on it all friggin day. Not a good choice really, but I wasn't going to be a stick-in-the-mud. So it just kept on hurting.

And now it's spread to my ankle and it's swollen now. T_T

So we'll see what happens. I have a feeling a doctor would just tell me to ice/heat/wrap/elevate. XD

Oh, mines did that after about an hour of running in PE. d:

It'll heal in a few days to a week. Hopefully. If not, you need to go to the doctor. o-o xD

heh. Yeah, I figure I'll count a week from when I started attempting to heal it. Because all week long I've been walking on it like nothing's wrong. XD

    Icing and heating should help. You should elivate it too. When you get home and you're typing on your computer/watching tv and whatnots you should prop your foot up over your heart.. that'll at least help with the swelling. I'd take an anti-inflamitory too.. like tylenol or something.
