XD I don't have my license yet, lucky. ;_; I've been okay. We lost power at 10 this morning. All the trees were/are coated in ice, so the branches would get really heavy, and then snap and fall and take out power lines. Luckily, we got power back before nightfall, so it didn't get TOO cold in the house. Now I'm just happy to have the heat back, and to be able to be online. :) |

I was wearing the bunny with this at first and I do have pink socks... I don't know. Meh. It was sort of a drag. I did some Christmas shopping while they were doing stuff. That was okay. Aww. That stinks that you lost your power. |
I think it will. The MAC tends to be very accurate with it's layering. I've seen tops under dresses before, and we only have one dress layer, and one shirt layer.
Hmm. Maybe a pink bandanna or scarf? Christmas shopping can be chaotic, though. People tend to get SO. CRAZY. Like, there's this place semi-near me that has like, cobblestone streets, and cute brick houses that have been turned into little stores. And around Christmas, they have this guy out there roasting chestnuts and selling them. And one time my mom was standing in line for them, and the lady behind her was getting really really impatient, and was like, MAD at my mom for being in line in front of her. My mom hadn't cut in front of her or anything. The lady got there after my mom. And so this lady kept bitching at my mom and my mom was like "...I was here first, sorry." And the lady is like "YOU ARE RUINING MY CHRISTMAS!" And then when the guy went to hand the bag of chestnuts to my mom, the lady tried to REACH AROUND my mom, and take them from her. o.O Completely. Crazy. Yeah. Stupid ice storms. D: It happened last year, too. But the branch landed ON the power line that goes to our house. But then it landed on the fence, so instead of snapping the power line, it just stretched and bent it and stuff. So we had power, but it was strained. We could only have a few things on at once. And that lasted for over a day. But at least we could have heat, TV, warm food and internet so it wasn't THAT bad. It was just dark. |

Me too. ^^ I was hoping to originally do it with a darker purple, but we don't have many matching ones. And the ayumui purples are sooo dark on my screen, that they look black.
Yeah. But the bunny was the only white hand held item I could think of. And I checked-- there aren't any pure white handhelds. :( Yes. I wasn't there when that happened, but jeez, talk about stressed out! Back in the nineties, I heard about a woman at a store who reached for the last furby at the same time that a little girl did, and the woman BIT the little girl. o_o Talk about your priorities being out of order. Oh, and they are! It's so nice. If you're ever near Saint Louis, you should very much check it out. Here it is on Wiki One of my favorite events there (which I don't see listed, sadly...) is the Lewis and Clark days. They have reenactors set up right by the river. They have teepees and colonial looking stands set up selling various cool things (many hand-made) There's also a big statue there of Lewis and Clark that was put up a few years ago. Oh, it is. And from what I hear, it's not done, either. D: We're supposed to get hit again on Monday night/Tuesday morning. Goddamn. D: Alright. Nice talking to you! See you later! |

I don't think that we have any white gloves either... :[ I think that I heard about the furby thing. I get disgusted enough having people try bumping into me in stores. I'd snap if someone bit me or my hypothetical child! xD That sounds like fun. The only time that I've ever seen reenactors was one time when my family and I went to Old Sturbridge Village during a vacation. hehe That sucks. Well, I hope that it clears up soon... We had a lot of ice here, too. They closed a bunch of schools. |

nescia - Yeah. I can see a little hint of purple to it. But I have to have the "brightness" setting on my screen turned down almost all the way, otherwise it gives me a headache and horrible eyestrain. >.O I think I'm photosensitive.
Ooh, I don't think we do, either... That's one downfall to a new site like this. Alot of the basics aren't covered yet. But oh well. I love Mene anyway. Maybe some ghostie kitties would add more white? Oh, me too. I hate ignorant people in stores. Especially if they stand right next to each other, just talking or something, and block the WHOLE DAMN AISLE. Or when they do that and walk REALLY REALLY RIDICULOUSLY SLOW. One time we were stuck behind these people for a bit. They could see us, but weren't letting us pass them. Even though they were just STANDING THERE. Not even shopping. So once I finally got around them, I went further down the aisle, where there was an abandoned cart. And I just stood next to it, and pretended to be really interested in the products near me. Effectively blocking THEM. XDD I don't know if they noticed or not, though. I didn't look at them. Oh, if you're in the area at the time, DEFINITELY check it out. It is sooo much fun. And I was wrong. It IS on that wiki article. They just changed the name of it or something. It's under Festival of the Little Hills or something like that. Me too. The sun just came out, so I'm hoping it'll melt most of the ice before the other ice storm hits. It's bad enough when there's just one layer of ice. But another storm would add another layer, and then the trees would be breaking left and right. o_o Lilim - It's okay! And it's not only in stores that people walk slow like that! You should see my school. I literally find myself hopping in place behind certain people, thinking "WALK!" It's just ridiculous. Everyone feels the need to stand in the center of the hall, talking or staring at their shoes or something. |

Sometimes if my mom doesn't move her cart to the side, I just move it for her. XD Same with my grandma.
