One covered with a black cloth. He led them towards it. "Ed... Shiba... this is the Militarys newest Expierement. Her name.... is Kiri X." he pulled off the cloth to reveal a nude... and very young Kiri look-alike alseep in the liquid in the tube. My eyes widened. She looked to be about 10 or 11 years of age, but I couldnt be sure. |

No, the last dogs that we got pictures of were scruffy and rex, but they're dead now, scruff got hit, or something, and rex got down in his back and dad had to shoot him. Luke is a Mutt, and Buddy is too, Buddy's a stray and Luke...well, mom got duped at one of those adoption things, and she thought she was getting a lab....not so. We got another lovable mutt.)) Edward stopped at the bottom of the stairs and looked around. "Well.....this is new." He muttered. When Roy lifted the veil Edward's mouth dropped open. "HOLY--" He couldn't believe it! There sat the Water bug!....yes younger, but it was her. "Roy...what...what is this for?" He asked walking up to the tank and gently laying a hand on the glass tank. " He walked up to the tank and ran a bare hand over it himself. "Tucker was curious, as was I. I wanted to bring back someone who had recently died, and knowing what their personality was like." My eyes were cold as I stormed up to Roy and punched him in the face. Stunned, he fell into a table and onto the floor. He rubbed his cheek. "I deserved that, I suppose. I knew Id get it from one of you." "YOU COULDNT JUST LET HER REST IN PEACE? Bastard..." I said, drawing my eyes back to the child in the tank. "Why do you need us Roy..." |

Scruff...we really don't KNOW that he was hit, we just assume, because he left one day and like a month later dad found him in a ditch. Rex got this disease in his spine, he was part Shepered and they get it at times, but he got so that he couldn't walk or even move, he lay down behind mom's car one night and the next morning couldn't get up, he was in so much pain that dad just shot him.)) Edward looked over a little dissapointed that Shiba had gotten to punch Roy first, but he looked back and couldn't take his eyes off the child that floated there suspended in liquid. "Water Bug?" He whispered looking for any sign of life....if there was....what were they to do? He doubted that either he or Shiba could go through losing Kiri again....especially this young. ((lemme know when I need to take her over, and if she's the same or completely different.)) |

((Finally replying to the aforementioned question XDD: I think it happened while I was in Jr. High, I know it had been a while since it happened when I was in High school.
It would have been the same thing, why move him when he's already in enough pain as it is? Besides, he would have had to lay there all day like that, it was early in the morning when they found him. Oh yeah, both him and scruff are on the hill behind us, there's a nice rock wall that Dad buried them behind, and it's really pretty up there round about dusk.)) Edward looked over, thankful that Kiri hadn't moved. "Why? Why did you do this Colonel? Surely, for one who hated Homunculi as much as you hated Kiri...why do her this turn?" He shook his head. "When...me and Al tried to do this to Mom....look what happened, you told me then, that is isn't for Alchemists to try and play God. Isn't that what you're doing now? How long did it take you to find her grave?" He thought about the place where they all had lain Kiri to rest....how would Scar react to find it open now? He shuddered at the anger he felt rising. |

I often thought about bringing Hughes back, but I dont think I could face him, or put his family through that, especially Alecia..." He looked at the tank and ran a hand over it again. "Her grave... I followed you out to that field, but no need to worry, i only took nail clippings, some blood and her hair to revive her using her dna." He let out a long sigh. "It IS playing God, but we are always playing god using Alchemy. Why not try the next level?" He pushed a button and the water lowered its depth, emptying slowly. |
