I can imagine it because I lived with the same situation for nearly all of my life.
My grandmother didn't know who I was or where she was. But she was still a living, breathing person with thoughts and needs. I just don't like the phrase. I think that it's probably for the best if we just agree to disagree on this one. ^^ |

Like I said, I wouldn't go see my grandma when she was dying because I would have died myself if she couldn't recognize me. She was my world.

My grandma was my world. as she was also my adopted mother.. she adopted me at birth and raised me till I was 16. I was not around when she passed as I was on vacation and when I got the news it just killed me.
