I personally like Kurapika. If it weren't for the entire dead clan and revenge cliche, I'd probably love him! >O>; ._.; The entire immune to all poisons thing and ripping chains off walls and... I prefer Kurapika and Killua a thousand times better compared to Sasuke. =_=;
Though my favourite is still Hisoka, that freak. xD Killua doesn't god-mod. If you want to put it that way, I'd say the Gon god-modding is much worse than Killua's. It also depends on how far you read. The 'King' in the latest installment redefined god-modding for me altogether. That thing's impossible. X_x Although the 'nen' thing for me reads more like game technicalities to me, where there are different types and different parts to concentrate on, slowly 'leveling' as the story progresses, if you get what I mean. And it is constant for most of the characters, not only the main, so it makes more sense that way. *nods* And I actually thought the mafia concept of KHR was one of the more charming aspects of it. xD *Hibari and Dino fan >o>* @Seito: Early can be good and bad. After Volume 7, you start seeing minuscule words that even I who is used to reading small fonts had to SQUINT to read them. X_x Leorio? I always thought his name was spelled Reolio. xD *shot* I usually try to avoid reading fanfiction of series I like enough. It just kills me when they suddenly go all OCC on others. That is partly the reason why I never wanted to start reading Samurai Deeper Kyo fanfiction, because I just liked that series so much. |

LOL well HXH is known for it's explanation stuff i tried reading getbackers but after the first few chapters i put the book down and never picked it up again :D;; sometimes i wonder why togashi-san doesn't just expand the speech bubbles so he doesn't have to cram the words in xDDD LOLANNA I DON'T EITHER D: it was a total shock to me. and it was so gross ew hisoka Dx i like gonxkillua but as a FRIENDSHIP THING. not a pairing love thing. u___u;;; eeeeek~ and it's SO HARD to find HXH merchandise when i go to convention i need to go to that jump store in japan MY MOM WENT THERE AND I DIDNT Dx she got me this cool gon pin, tsuna handkerchief, and some old HXH CD's, but GOD I WANT TO GO THERE D: |

Seriously. If you think HxH is bad, GB is MUCH, MUCH worse. The first few chapters of GB are not so charming. But start around volume 4 or 5, then it's good. =D There IS the reason why I don't go reading fanfics of fandoms where I like the characters as they are. Gon and Killua friendship shall remain forever. I stay off fanfiction utterly because of that. In fact, the only pairing in HxH I am willing to read is Hisoka/Kuroro, and that's it. :lol: @Seito: You know what, Seito.
