Yeah, it does take a while. I took me quite a few weeks before I manage to draw linearts which did not look too wobbly. X_x But once you do, you can do wonders! *starts singing random Disney song* |

Actually, when I use the Graphire, I can't really detect all TOO much a difference than when I am using my Intuos. xD; And I still fail at anatomy. *looks warily at newly scanned sketch *T_T |
aw nuu! it's an old white wacom i think. but dunt worry about anatomy, maybe look up some anatomy books? i actually learn more from nude models from figure/anatomy drawing classes. but nude pose or anatomy books are good ref when you need a pose or whatever :3
and whenever i sit down to make a pic i usually just draw a body without clothes on so i get the pose down and then i place clothes on it after im satisfied with the body and all. it's very helpful >w< |
lol I am actually into American comics at the moment (more specifically, stuff by DC), so it's helping me a bit. xD
I am contemplating buying the pose puppet, you know, those puppets you can bend as you wish into a pose? I actually AM drawing the body before clothes, had been doing that for a while already. oh nice :3 a friend of mine has the manicans one male one female with busty bustiness cause its hard for her to draw women TwT i see her use them randomly when she was meh roommate. so it is pretty useful :3
