Boy over flower.? I love that show! I saw it a few year back, the graphic was awful.. but you get use to it, the manga is way better, a lot more detail

Last anime I watched was Le Chevalier D'Eon. It's fantastic, watched the whole thing (24 episodes) in one day! It's set in France during the reign of Louis XV. Art is EXQUISITE, especially the background/setting. The genre is historical fantasy, and it gets a little violent, but the swordfights are great and the plot is nicely complex. It's not for people who want to be told what is happening outright, because it does make you think a bit. There are surprises/twists, but nothing that can't be predicted if you pay really close attention. Anway, I highly recommend it!

just watched a couple "episodes" of "I Luv Halloween" that TokyoPop put on MySpace. Unfortunately, they haven't finished the whole manga so it's a bit of a let down when you get to episode 3 and then it stops. Love the "Tooth Fairy" Moochie, tho. Frighteningly adorable.

The last anime I watched was "Ghost Hunt". They show the subbed version on hulu.com. It was awesome, I would recommend it to anyone who likes the spirit style animes like XXXHolic. =3 Although I heard the manga was much better then the anime series. It was only twenty five episodes and kind of ended abruptly. :(

I last finished Bakemonogatari then, not counting the upcoming three internet episodes which I'm not sure if counts as an OVA... Anyway I liked it, not as crazy for it as most people seem to be, but it was very unique and artistic, and Kanbaru Suruga = LOVE. I actually hated Senjougahara (the main girl fans are going crazy for) until the episode she was nice to Suruga (Episode 8?) Then I just, didn't like nor dislike her. |
