Ah. That's cool that it'll be against your rival. I hope y'all win. Go your school! Ha ha ha ha.

Wow, so many people go to private Christian schools. I was offered a chance to go to a private school, but my view of the kids there are the type that I hated. I realize it now that not all of the kids there are that way. I'm still glad I didn't go. I had a lot of fun in public school that I'm sure I wouldn't have even been allowed to have in a private school.

I hated Senoritis. Thankfully my last class of every other day was study hall and I rarely went to that class.

Wendy Darling 10-31-2007 10:51 AM

Yeah, I have study hall every day, last class, too. I just don't show up and do whatever while I wait for my sister to get out (she's in 9th grade at the same school). Sucks that I can't leave just then, because I have to wait for her to get out, too, before I go home, and she has a mandatory class. Oh well.

But yeah, I'm not too thrilled with the people there. Not only are there a bunch of rich snobby people who believe they're better than everyone else, all the girls tend to be sluts, and all the guys are jocks, and they have their get togethers GOD knows when, can get out of trouble because the teachers know their parents, blah blah blah. The trouble issue isn't pertaining to me though. I've not gotten a single demerit or detention since I've been attending. :3 Aside from that, my "friends" are a bunch of pathological liars, and some of them hypochondriacs. Basically, I just tolerate them -- I don't consider them my friends. Just annoyances, really.

Ahh, talking about all this just makes me SO happy. . . I can't wait to get out in a few more months. ><

Oh, by the way, HAPPY HALLOWEEN! >D

Midnight Raver 11-01-2007 08:30 PM

hello all, how are things goin? :)

i know it has been a while since i was in here but i had other things to do like go out and get drunk as much and as often as possible :P lol

Wendy Darling 11-01-2007 11:28 PM

Why get drunk? o-o;

I'm not of legal drinking age, but heck, I think that all alcohol tastes obnoxious -- I've had some from my dad at one point, and I'll never so much as take a sip again.

But yeah -- how have you been, other than getting drunk? o_O

Nickname: Queenie
Age: 23
Time Zone: Pacific Standard
Favorite midnight snack: Cottage Cheese and Croutons! Yum!
Lamest tv show you watch during the wee hours: Not so much as a TV show, but those lovely infomercials always seem to suck me in despite my veiled contempt for them. Oh well. :)~

Wendy Darling 11-03-2007 02:02 AM

Yay! Welcome Queenie! Someone on the west coast -- gives us a bit of diversity. :3

I'm not so sure I like the idea of cottage cheese, though I love croƻtons. Never have liked cottage cheese. >_<

The infomercials can get really enticing, can't they? They're always on when I wake up early for school, so I'm assuming they just play them all night since they start around the time I do actually go to bed.

Well, it's good to have you on board! :3 I'm Wendy, by the way.

Greetings, my friends~ I'm up late again, looking for inspiration for my writing. -sigh- This writing can become a pain in the butt, I swear...

But it's a fun pain in the butt!

So, how is everyone this evening?

Wait.... Is anyone even here? o-o

Wendy Darling 11-04-2007 02:49 PM

Sorry, I was away yesterday. ^^; Then Menewsha was down for the night for me when I got back, for some reason -- it was really odd.

I understand not having inspiration to write. I have writer's block so badly sometimes that I get so frustrated I cry and wish my thoughts could just be transferred to paper without having to write them down. The person that creates that invention is going to make a fortune. . . if anyone ever does.

I'm doing okay -- it's getting colder, so I'm a little bit frigid right now. Trying to keep warm mainly, and enjoying the fact that DST is GONE until April. Yay. <3

Lamest tv show you watch during the wee hours: Humm I do not watch lame TV show. I watch Adult Swim or would be online.

Wendy Darling 11-05-2007 09:45 PM

Hooray! I get to talk with you in another thread now! ^__^

I'm an Adult Swim maniac too. Though, lately, we've not been getting a good reception at all from Cartoon Network, so I've been checking out my shows on their website.

Well, it's great to have you on board here. It's a little quiet now, because I'm sure everyone's either catching up on lost sleep that we haven't gotten in the past year (joke) or they're just really busy. ^^;

Psychominako 11-06-2007 02:41 AM

Sorry I haven't been around for a bit. The Halloween event definatly sucked me in...>.>;; So how is everyone tonight??

Wendy Darling 11-06-2007 11:50 AM

I can relate. I got so many sets of those items that my eyes are shot trying to find enough candy to get them all. @[email protected]

I sure hope there's not going to be a Thanksgiving event. . . it'd be MUCH too soon after that tiring and overwhelming event. But it was great.

Wait, what am I saying -- no Thanksgiving event? BRING ON THE EVENTS. >< WE NEED MORE EVENTS! :3

Sakura_Madison 11-06-2007 12:43 PM

I made sure that I came here because I dont get sleep during the nighttime. It is really quiet and thats how I like it.

We do need more events!! Thanksgiving, I hope...

Wendy Darling 11-06-2007 08:53 PM

I love the quiet, too. :3 It makes me so much happier, and I can get whatever work I need to get done a lot quicker and more efficiently. You should have seen me pulling my hair out last night when my mother was trying to run the vacuum cleaners at 8 at night. That's my homework time -- I was throwing a fit.

Also, in the summer when you can stay up late without the conflicts of school, it's a lot cooler at night (especially with where I live when it's ungodly hot in the daytime). I hate the mugginess and humidity of summer days, so summer nights are much more comfortable for me to thrive in. :3

Siruku 11-07-2007 09:48 PM

Hello, I think allot of people have insomnia it just seems so common, to bad it leaves you really tired.>.<

Wendy Darling 11-07-2007 10:15 PM

True, a lot of people have it. For me, though, being tired isn't the case. If I can't fall asleep, I go to bed and stay asleep for about three hours before I HAVE to get up -- sometimes I'm awake before my alarm goes off. My body just doesn't require a lot of sleep.

Now, if I AM tired, I'll fall straight asleep, no problem. But that's normally when I'm dead tired and nearly incapable of functioning after a long day of hard work. ^^; Rare, since I'm lazy. XD

Hey guys!

Sorry for not posting for so long.. I sort of forgot about Mene for a little bit >_< I stumbled upon it in my bookmarks and I'm back and happy to be! :D

Now to continue my questing *points at questiethread link* I really must get that avvie.. She's so prettyyy :D

So how is everyone? I've got some random respiratory illness. It's ALL OVER in my small town. I just can't stand it.. I coughed up a big, really icky ball of brownish-yellowy gooey stuff yesterday.. It tasted terrible.

Wendy Darling 11-09-2007 01:33 AM

Aww, the sickness sounds terrible -- I hope you get better soon. Respiratory infections are absolutely horrible. I can't stand tight feelings in my chest when I'm sick. And going to sleep is the worst because your nose stops up and all that great disgusting stuff. D: Just drink plenty of fluids to get that stuff all loosened up in your lungs!

I'm glad that you're back though -- the thread's been pretty lonely. . . no one's really been around. T_T

Afternoon, everyone! I'm all better ^_^

How's y'all doin?

@Sanity:Bed may be soft and squishy and warm, but I made you a cake, so you have to come out of bed to come get the soft, warm, squishy cake :D

Wendy Darling 11-10-2007 02:30 AM

Soft warm bed. . . sounds better than soft warm cake.

I don't like eating cake. D: Too sweet and soft. @[email protected] I like feeling soft things rather than tasting them. If I eat something soft, I feel guilty like I've killed and eaten something innocent that didn't deserve to die. T_T

That's why I don't like cake. Or muffins. Or any types of breads. And marshmallows. >_>

Yeah, I'm just a bit eccentric.

Wendy Darling 11-15-2007 08:32 PM

Le SIGH, no one's talked for almost a week! D: I've been busy with school, but this is my last week, and I have all of next week off for Thanksgiving, so I should be on a lot more often in the upcoming week. Is everyone doing okay, or just missing in action as I have been, for the most part?

Clorissa 11-19-2007 12:48 AM

Yeah, I've been okay. I'm sooo sorry for not posting enough. Lots going on.

School's been hell. Evil teachers, lots of work.
Broke up with my boyfriend of around 5 months. I want him back so badly.. *cries and eats chocolate*
My uterus has been kicking my ass. Pardon my french, but it's the best way to say it. It's evil. I want it to die.
Been sick. Had some respiratory thing for almost all of the week before last. D:

So, how have you all been?
