Try not to resort to throwing up.

Limit yourself in what, and how much you eat.
Eat healthy foods, drink lots of water, and slowly decline how many unhealthy foods you're eating.

Losing weight takes determination.

You're pushing underweight. BMI is 19.4, which is the lower end of healthy.

I'm quite a bit shorter and 5 lbs heavier, and I don't think I'm fat. I like how I am. You should like who you are, too.

NEVER resort to throwing up. Ever. It's not healthy.

Well you could give in this ONCE but consider your teeth, you will rot them out like nothing else :wink: Also, there is a fine feathery hair babies get, you will grow this too. Do you like stomache aches? and heartburn? if so, barfing is just for you!....(feel the sarcasm)
But seriously, if you're only 13 and you're 5'7 then you are going to be gaining weight for a while, height isn't light. also, you say you've been working out for 3-5 hours a day? no wonder you gain weight! muscle weighs more then fat my dear. There is an over-workout disorder. Just take 'er easy hunny, you are still young yet and have a ways to grow, 13 is not when you stop growing. If you are craving food it's because you are working out too much and your body actually needs the food. It should be ok as long as it's not junk food you're going wild on. Try eating veggies and fruit when you crave something? most of those contain absolutely no fat at all and you can eat your brains out without feeling any guilt or the need to want to throw up. I hope you make the right choices sweetheart. <3 shell.
