Definitely plain.

I'd change the hair to match the outfit or put more pink in the outfit.

I'd put a white belt on her and maybe a white something around the neck to more evenly disperse the white. Maybe even that little mini black and white crown thing?

i'd remind you xD, and if you do get
more items buy some of the same color
and then buy a different color and

You are starting off good, how ever it looks bland and plain.

Add in more accesoies, perhaps pink ones to bring out the color of you're hair.

yeah thats i'm trying to do and i love panda and the toy panda is so cute >.< i want it xD.

There is really something missing in your avatar.. maybe some belt... Or you should change the color of your shoes... I don't really they stay very well on the rest of the clothes...

Maybe you could use a belt or something on your head. Your head looks very bare. A hairclip or hat would look good.
