i have one already planned out. the forum layout, the name, frontpage. i just dont know how to make one. XD

i'd need to hire a coder, pixelist, etc. but i kind of want to be the coder so i can fix the problems instead of be an admin but dont know how to do stuff

i've been looking around. i'm trying to find what kind of software/programs i need to get started. after that, it will be mostly trial and error on my part to see what works with what, etc.

i think everyone has a perverted streak *ninja*
