Pumpkin ideas
well me and my sister have each got a pumpkin to carve this year and for once... i have no idea what to carve it as this year
i am a very artistic person and dont want to just do a face(two eyes a nose and a mouth) my sister did a cat do u think it would be cool to do a bat or have you any other ideas i wanna see what you think or if you have a picture please post it up i will put it up here as a candidate in the poll that i might post up if i get ideas ?? i have lots of skill so dont be scared to suggest something wild and almost impossible...its worth a shot eh? thanks to all who suggest something |

I think, you can do ANYTHING on a pumpkin, as long as you put the effort into it. ^^ I made a pumpkin of Jack Skellington last year, and it wasn't that hard. http://finalchance.deviantart.com/ar...mpkin-42252351 It would have been cooler with like... a white pumpkin, but my mom had already bought them. XD
Do you have any favorite characters? Maybe get a favorite photo of theirs(maybe try to keep it a simple one...) and use photoshop or a similar program to use the path tools to create a "vector" of the basic parts, then print it out, and trace it onto the pumpkin, then carve it. :D Sorry if that doesn't help, I've only made two pumpkin's in my entire life so I don't know much about it. |
OMG my sister made the most AWESOME pumpkin while she was at her friend's birthday party...it wasn't anything like a scene or different creature...but she got one really big pumpkin and then a pretty little one and she carved the big pumpkin and it looked really evil and everything and the mouth was really big.
Then she carved the little one to look like it was crying and she put the little one in the big one's mouth. It looks so cool....I'm going to see if I can get it off of my cell phone. Good luck finding something good to carve. |

Ray Kremer's Miho pumpkin is a favorite all-time of mine. I'll try to find and post a picture later, but it's darkly cute to an extreme!

Oooo i saw a jack one on google earlier,i was looking for a jack halloween for a comment i was making on gaia xD twas fairly funny...for me anyway xDDD
Buuuuh you should make like....OOOO!! how about a hellhound? =D or maybe a grunny (do you know what they are? :s) anywho,try a vampire or tarantula <.< so many ideas x3 none of which are probably unique OOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! how bout a possesssed computer? =3 <.< although ireally like the carrot idea xD I'v never carved a pumpkin so i dun know how hard they are to do @[email protected] Good luck with that though~ ^^ |
