Menewsha Avatar Community - No Luck in Finding Candies? [[A Hangout]]

I so want to get the rest of the witch sets, and then those gowns are SO awesome. But so expensive. ;_; It makes me a little bit saaaad.

Surely I'll be adding them to my quest thread once the event is over...unless 9k magically falls into my lap...ah well. ^^; A girl can dream, right?

Where are the gowns found?
I've seen them on girls but I haven't seen them in a shop
