Ana looked down at her desk. The crawls in the old wooks look realy~ intresting.
Then she tried to ignore tom for the rest of the Lesson. Tom tried realy hard to catch her attention. He knew a lot of spells and Charms. As for example, when they had to start the exercise, he made his bees flying to Ana and then form letters on her Desk "TURN ROUND" Ana didn't turn. She made the bees burn. What a cruel girl! When Dumbledore looked at him quiet permeant once more, he stopped trying. Ana was satiesfied. But when she started her own exercise she wasn't anymore. She was so bad an transfiguration. The best thing she got was a flying, black-yellow triped pitchfork. But the fork was to heavy to actually fly. She tried again and again... until she got upset. Dumbledore touched her should. "Don't get mad Miss Tombstone, just keep pratcing" She could've jumped off and scratched his face there for. She was happy when the Lesson was over. As she went out of the classroom , tom folowed here, but she stoped walking before she was out of the door, so Tom missed her. Then she went out of the Room and met Emily |
Ana was walking out of the classroom and Emily stepped towards her.
"Hi Ana! How are you?", she asked. She wanted to get her in a small conversation before she had to go to her next lesson in the greenhouses. Emily had no real friends in Hogwarts, the most students don't wanted to be friends with her, she really didn't know why. She was nice and polite and was so into getting friends with someone. But noone wanted to. And so she waited for Ana to answer. |
Ana Looked at Emily. She hasn't expected to be stoped by her.
"Oh, well fine since the lesson is over" she said. "What about you?" she asked then to be polite. Her next lesson would have been History of Magic, but her teacher never notcied if anyone was comming late. |
"oh i'm fine, thank you!", Emily was wondering that Ana was answering, that polite.
"I wondered if you are going to visit Hogsmead this saturday." |
"uff I don't know yet, maybe, maybe not... There is a shop where you can get actually nice Socks" she said and started to laugh. A Normal girl would have mentioned Zonkos, or the Honeypot but she was taking about a shop that sells socks.
She could not be alright. She could hear footsteps comming towards them. She suddenly grapped Emily and took her with her in a dark corner. "Oh I knew he was coming" she whisperd. |
Emily looked kinda surprised, don't knowing what Ana was meaning, and who she was meaning.
She looked at Ana and knew that she had to trust her. The person she meant was coming closer and closer. |
Of course it was Tom.He noticed that Ana was not in the Classroom. So he went to find her. That was also what he wanted to say to a teacher or the Janitor if he meet one. "Ana?" he shouted. He was not sure whether she was still her or not, he wanted to check the Slytherins room next.
Ana made emily understand that she should be quite. She was not intrested in meeting Tom right now. Riddle went away a little pissed because he could not finde his HeartLady. Ana signed "I hate that Guy with a passion" she exlained "Sorry" |
"Oh, erm, it's ok. I really understand you, he's weird.", she answered and tried to get out of her control.
"and.. erm.. i wanted to go to Hogsmead, do you want to come with me? I think we will find something that comes near to.. socks or something.." Emily hoped that Ana was coming with her. She really wanted to get friends with her. Yeah, she was very complicated and hard to understand, but in some kind of way, Emily liked her. |
"Actually I joked about the Socks" she said quickly, she didn't wanted Emily to think that she was that weird. "We can go into the three broomsticks or whatever" she said then and this was to understand as a 'Yes' for Emily.
Ana had diffrent reasons. Sure, Emily was sort of okay, but Ana wasn't about getting new friends. Her first advantgage of the trip was a day without Tom. Because he could not go there, he had no permission. Ana smiled. "Well, do you hav a lesson off or what are you coming very late too?" she asked then. |
"Oh time is right!! I gotta go!! Sorry, and thank you!!", she ran off to the greenhouses, knewing that she was really really late and would get in real trouble, when arriving, but she was so so happy to go out with someone and maybe getting friends.

Ana shaked her haid an laughed as she so Emily running to the Greenhouse as Quick as she could.
She head on the History Class Room. As quite as she could she went in and the Teacher did not notice. Tom was already back but he didn't notice too. That was just Luck for Ana. Todays Topic was so lame. Next lesson was potion which might would be more intresting. |
When Emily arrived at the greenhouses, she first had to pant for air. There was no other candidate for the Ravenclaw Quidditch team, so her excuse was that she had to talk to the team chef. Prof. Concenife was a Quidditch fanatic, so he didn't take any notice of it.
Meanwhile a dull sound was heard. Everyone turned and looked through the class to the bird who hit the pane. Emily recorgnized the bird as her owl Melody. "Err.. Prof. Concenife? Could i just..", "Miss McGreggory, please get your owl to the owlery. I think she needs some care. Melody was taken to the owlery. She had some problems with her left wing, so Emily was searching for the teacher of Care of magical Creatures, to get her fit again. |
Ana was waiting and waiting for histories lesson to be over. Lucky thing that she missed a realy big part of it. And the other lucky thing was that it was no double-lesson.
Ana looked around the classroom, the others were as bored as her. Some of them were reading others things like the daily prophet under their desks. So was Tom. Because he lived at a Muggels house for homeless childs he didn't knew about what happend at the Quidditch World Championship. So he was reading it right now. He was not sure to be angry or to smile because that was just like his Ana was but on the other side, there was an other guy whoring for her antention. What if she was still in contact with him. Tom considered Kevin as his Rival from now on. Just a moment after Tom finished reading the artikle, a bell rung and the upper boring lesson was over. Ana went dwn to the dungeon for potions. |
Melody was about to get fit again, cause the teacher of Care of magical Creatures had enough time to get a look at her.
Emily was waiting in front of the teachers room like muggles are waiting for an operation to end. She walked up and down the hall as the teacher opened the door. "You can now take her back to the owlery, she's ok now!", he said and gave her Melodys cage. Emily was about to walk to the owlery as the teacher stopped her. "Melody had this in her claws.", and he gave her 2 letters. After bringing the owl back, Emily opened the first letter. "Dear Ana, i am so sorry...bla bla bla", ok, this could not be a letter for Emily. She opened the second letter. "My love Emi, i am sorry for not writing the last days, but i had a lot to do. I am missing you that much, i can hardly breath when thinking of you, and i am thinking a lot of you..." the whole letter went on with compliments and love oaths, that emily made so happy. She almost cried in joy. "hm, i think i have to bring Ana her letter. sounds like it is from Kevin, haha", she thought and got to the next lesson - Muggle studies. She loved this class cause she always was the one who could tell the most about muggles. |
Ana was at the Dungeon. She didn't knew that Emily got a letter from kevin for her. She hadn't thought of Kevin since the Quidditch Campion Ship was over.
Today the class was going to mix the "Potion of the living Death" Ana thought it could not be that hard. She went to her kettle and put the ingredients she was going to need out of her bag. While she was searching for the ingredients she didn't noticed that Tom was pack his things out at the kettle next to her. When she looked up and noticed him she signed. Then the teacher, Professor Slughorn said "Please, be quiet..." he started to talk about the potion they were going to mix. Ana listend with half an ear. "Miss Tombstone? Which ingredients is going to put in last" she suddenly asked her and Ana looked it him and was like "Uhm..." Then Tom whispered to her "The Pyton egg shell" she refused to repeat something he told her but she did. "Right, maybe next time you listen yourself Miss Tombstone" - "Yes Sir" and replied and signed again. Then the students started to mix their potion. Ana was still confused because Tom told her the right answer and didn't made fun of her. She wasn't realy noticing what she was doing when suddenly somebody grabed her Arm and said "No, Ana, if you are going to but this all in, you gonna blow us up" it was tom. |
After her muggle-studys lesson, Emily was on the way to the big hall to have lunch and look for Ana to give her the letter Kevin wrote.
She wasn't really hungry, but she started eating bits of casserole and lamb. |
Ana let Tom holding her Hand making sure she was using the right amount of rat fangs for the potion.
"Thanks" Ana said colder then she wanted to and tried to get Toms hand away. "I can do it alone from now on" she turned around showing him her back an ignored him. She felt bad when doing this, he had just wanted to help but hey That was Tom Riddle! Ana could not be nice to Tom Riddle. When the lesson was nearly over, Slughorn cosindert her potion as good and Toms as excelent like everytime. Ana packed everything away. The slytherins had a tripple lesson of Potions so now it was time for lunch. Ana went to the big hall, now there was the time of the they when she felt hungry. |
Emily saw Ana entering the big hall and stood up. "Ana! She said. "I got a letter from Kevin for you!"
Tom was near behind Ana, and heard what Emily said. He got angry when he heard Kevins name and went to the Slytherin table as soon as he could. Emily looked bit of confused when Tom went away. She gave Ana the letter. "i gotta go to the ravenclaw tower now. See ya soon!" and she went off. |
Tom Riddle didn't knew much about the feelings he had. He was so jealous just because she got a letter from an other guy. He tried to put on his pokerface so no one could notice what he was thinking. All above not Dumbledore.
Anan was taking the letter from Emily. "Thanks" she said and then "bye~ See ya then" She looked arround if anyone noticed then she went down to the slytherin dungeon and opened the letter. She started to read: "Dear Ana, i am so sorry..." |
"..for the whole story. I never wanted to hurt you this way but i never had any other chance..", it followed a lot of excuses and ended with the words: "i am really sorry for all, but i am totally in love with you and i could not think of anything else as to have you by my side. I hope the enclosed present gives you a better view on my situation. Love, Kevin"
The letter contained a beautiful complex-made red and black necklace made of dragon scales. It must have cost a lot of galleons. |
Ana was holding the Necklace in her hands and reading the letter again. Kevin seemed to be sorry. Realy sorry. Ana usualy was not a kind of girl that is impressed by expensiv things but this time she was. Because if kevin realy did not care he would not spend money and think about something she could like. Any other girl he maybe would have seand a snitch shape necklace or an Autograph.
Ana was impressed and she had to think. She saw no reason whs not wearing the necklace so she put it on. It looked quite good, and it was matching her red hair and black clothes. She tought she had to write him back. But she didn't had anymore time, the next lesson would start very soon. It was charms and she was good at charms so she could write the letter there. She went straight to the Charms room and sat down at one of the back benches |
Emily had a free lesson now. She used it to write a letter to Steven. She missed him to, but she was still not sure about her feelings. She didn't want to hurt him only because she was not sure if she was loving him or not. Her letter contained a lot of lovely words and words that testified she was missing him.
Emily needed the whole free lesson to write the letter, because she rewrote it about four or five times. She rushed to the owlery and gave a school owl her letter. "Please bring it quick, it's really important", she said, and the owl flew away. "Sorry Melody, but your wing is still not perfectly ok.", she pet her beautiful brown owl and gave her an owl snacky with mouse-flavour. "I'll come back by tomorrow to look after your wing honey!" and she went away, to the next lesson - it was Potions. Emilys luck that it was only one single lesson. She hated Potions, she was ok, but she didn't like the teachers looks at her kettle. |
Thanks God Ana wasn't sitting next to Tom this lesson. No good Idea to see him write her letter to Kevin. She tried to be a bit warmer and friendlier then she was at the champion ship.
She said thanks for the necklace and told him that she realy like it. And she wrote that everythign was okay, that he does not have to be that sorry, she never wanted this to happen to but it has happend and its okay so. She also wrote a little about the first day in hogwarts too, she didn't knew why. Maybe jsut to be friendly. She rewrote her letter as many times as Emily did. Sometime she tought it was to nice, then to cold and so one. The seconden part of the charm lesson they had to cast the Spell the teacher told them about before. Ana was lucky that she was natural talent so she had no problem with the spell even she did not listen. The second time this day she felt good. After she packed all her stuf together she went to the owlery and send the letter to Kevin |
Finally the potions lesson was over.
Emily was a bit black and green in her face and some Ravenclaws were still grining. "This is really not my lesson", she thought, cleaning her seat and table. With some swirls of her wand, she cleaned her face. Prof. Slughorn watched her and tryed to get her into a conversation, but Emi had other plans. She wanted to get to the Quidditch practice game to show the wannabe-keeper that a girl is better than he. She got highly motivated and went up to the Ravenclaw tower to get dressed. |
After Ana send the letter away from the owlery she went down into the slytherin dungeon. As soon as she went into the sleeping room she could hear her cat meow and she knew that cookie wanted to play a little.
It was a warm ans sunny, quite perfect Autum evening, so Ana took her things she needed to do her homework and went outside with cookie so that Cat could have some fun while Ana doing the homework. For no reason she sat down near the quidditch field, were the ravenclaw team was having their test play to choose the members of the quidditch team. Aa started with her charms Homework and played with cookie. |
