I helped my aunt out in the school library all of my high school career -- now I'm working for my campus library :3 I've learned a lot of what it takes to run a library, and everyone gives me a hard time 'cause they think it's so easy XD; It's scary how many people have no clue what it takes to work in a library~ It's fun though, when you know what you're doing :) <3 |

I'm going to get a Library Media Science degree (I think that's what it's called) as well as a Masters in Fine Arts and a Teaching Certificate, possibly minoring in Italian or Education~ Not sure which yet ^_^ |

Actually, I was in the U.S. Army - and I get upset when people say things like "We're only there for the oil".
We go to places like Iraq, Afghanistan, Nazi Germany, etc. to help those who cannot help themselves. Picture yourself a parent with 3 of 4 small children, under the thumb of an oppressive government conducting horrible atrocities on their own citizens; All you want to do is escape and take your children to a place where they can be free - only you are so poor, you cannot escape. You would be on your knees praying every night for relief in any form, even from another country that you might hate. That is only a small part of the reason we are over there; it has nothing to do with oil. ;) |

It's very complex, and I hardly know anything about it. :/ Yeah, that makes sense. :P I've always wondered: what if the world will end in 2012 because of Global Warming, wars etc.? I mean, I don't believe in it, I'm just curious. . . In Australia, apparently "everyone is going green", but I doubt it - probably half of the population are still not saving etc. We're told to turn off electricity when not in use, use buses or walk, save water, and recycle. But how many people actually do that stuff? I do most of it, but I don't think I could live with out my computer. D :/: D But, Australia is a good country, we're trying our best to reduce it, atleast. ^-^ But yeah, it'll probably need more than what we're doing at the moment. :/ Roxxxy: Aw, that's really sad.
