That's what I try to go by too. But with the items that have no average, it's tough to decide.

That it is. I'm really haven't a hard time deciding what I should value the Mr. Mayor's Crafting Adventure. I know someone is trying to sell one for 45k, but I don't think I would value it that high. Of course I also don't know exactly how rare it is either. I'm sure that it's probably pretty rare since it just came out this past FoWN.

Yeah, 45k seems high to me as well. :( It's like with the Pumpkin tees. There is no real set value for them and I want to sell the female one. But I don't want to just toss it on there with one price in case I'm putting it too high or too low even.

To tell you the truth I was planning on saving to buy the male one that is in the MP for 6k. I know the female one would be more common, but I still think you could easily get 2k to 5k for it. For a female one I would have no problem giving you the same deal I gave you for the male one. Also just so you know I usually value the new CIs at 3k each since that is usually what I sell them for in the MP.
