Yeaah, cramps suck -3- Not the way I wanted to wake up before work. Work sucked, have to deal with stupid politics and bullshit with my co-workers with my manager using me as bait to get a rise out of another manager he's pissed at. Stupid pissing contest... Oh, they're not my first. I've just gotten desperate for them =/ I have no money for Otakon this year, I'm just barely able to go at all. I'd like to be able to buy a little art or an artbook or two. Ahh. The King and Queen crowns were the first two I donated for among the scant few I've gotten via moola.
But yeah, it's gotten very difficult to get those v-days. =/ I'm glad I have the full set, it was the first thing I got on the site via doing 10+ full body detail sketches for Yumehayla. D8 Guh, yes... I just had to pop down another 800mg of Ibuprofen to get them under control. I hope it'll die down by tomorrow. I don't tend to get them anymore, but when I do they are awful. If I have these while having to unload 3 U-boats piled 6 feet high with 50lb boxes of frames I'm going to die. x.X; Uhm, this person is looking at potentially 4 sketches. And lol, I'm not going for the full outs like that one <3 Right now I've got $10 half-bodies and $20 full bodies of less detail going on. Aw, it is when you get past the huge size and often lack of proper attention spent by staff on some matters =/ I live in NY, so it's a bit of a drive but it's worth it. |

I came around March '07, so I've been around quite awhile. And jeez, that's some serious conversions. ><; That sucks. I tend to spend maybe $10 because I typically don't care for more than 2 of each CI.
Does she? I haven't seen her in a long, long time. She seemed to have expended most of her supply of stuff for art. She was one of the original developers of the site, not sure what happened there. -_-; I'm a custom framer at Michael's Arts & Crafts. It's a pitifully part-time job and I can't get it full-time (only managers in the store have full time status) and I can't seem to get a job anywhere else. Most places are either on a job freeze or are losing workers. Major depression. I've been trying for ages to get a better job and my boyfriend's been trying for over a year but gets nothing. But yeah, supposedly I'm not doing what I've been told when I do what's on my worklist. Mm, I hope it goes through D8 Waiting to hear back, I doubt I will until tomorrow, though. And lol, do iiiittt <3 They'll be open right up until Otakon (July '17 - 19), so probably until July 12, the day before I leave for a family trip and then go directly to Otakon before that. And yes, I do pretty much anything <3 Avis are fine. Aw D8 I wind up going and finding everything I can online afterward too, though xD; I'm going back to see my Uncle to introduce my by and to see about repairing my Clover wings for the con on Friday. |

Finding a smaller, less active set of forums. Eww yeah, it isn't worth travelling with our money at the moment, you get crap all from conversions >:

(Perhaps coz there aren't any huuugely popular artists in there at the mo) She purchased someone out with Val07 items. It was like... o.o;;; Whoah. The auction had barely been up a day xD;; Ughhh yeah. The recession has struck jobs here too. Tis quite unbelievable. So many unhappy people about the place >: My dad lost his job after like 17 years working for his company. Even where I study, our tutors are getting made redundant left right and centre. I can't even - oh wait, yes I can remember how I got here. A friend, Lilithia, was a mod here and got me to come check it out. That's how I found out about it otherwise I probably wouldn't be here. xD; I don't frequent the places they advertise and given the art community is not that large I probably wouldn't have heard of it that way, either.
Yeah. I'm not sure which ones she pixelled, though. I haven't seen her around in ages, not even in auctions when I'm lurking. But yeah, when she wants someone she'll slap an auto down like nobody's business. I am a fairly vicious bidder myself when I'm determined. xD;; Where do you live again? =3 I do hope things get better soon, though. It's a bad time an dI have over $700 a month in loans to pay. I don't even make that much, so my mother is helping me by picking up an extra shift each month. xD yeaah, it'll be fun though. |
