I watch TV online, usually on Hulu. XD I almost never watch TV on an actual TV. Lately I've been watching my way through old shows like Dead Like Me and Sliders.

It's probably just going to be the half off event commons in the store (which tend to be awesome). Last event I spent some 25K on event commons.

Event commons are just regular commons, but half off, released during the event. They'll go to full price later, but stick around in the stores. Like, most of our lingerie came out during the last V-day event.

The actual EIs are usually (but not always) collected by earning feathers/chocolates/stars/etc from posting or finding items about the site. And then when you earn enough, you turn them in for the EI.

Oh wow. The 4th of August? That's sucky timing. I'll be gone for a week starting the evening of the 7th. Guess if I'm gonna do my giveaway I'd best do it on Day 1 of the event. :gonk:

And I was really looking forward to participating in an event from start to finish. M'ah well.

Yeah, it allows you to buy without too much thought because if you end up not liking the item, you can sell it back with no harm done. XD

There are occassionally EIs in the stores, but the only ones I can think of since Halloween 07 are the patty's and easter items, and one of the cake hats.

I sometimes forget that one of the cake hats was in the store...

I think I prefer it when the EIs are in the stores. Though the earning ratios were better for the Easter event (meaning there aren't thousands upon thousands of sets in the system).

So long as the EIs end up being worth something, I don't mind how they're earned, I guess. It's just kind of disappointing when a set stays at a particular price for a year because there are so many in circulation.

I need to wait for Kin to update the title, but I'm no longer selling Anklewings. Right now I'm taking offers on a Pirate/Ninja set.

Kin might take offers on a Mask set, too.

We're on shutdown, which means everyone is doing "busy work" essentially. I've been doing business stuff for my mother's boyfriend, which has nothing to do with the family business. Cole's been doing odd jobs for the family, and while he and our friend are working as much if not more hours that they do in the winter, it's not enough.

My mother points out that they got a 1 week vacation, to which I countered that Cole didn't get to do anything fun because I took care of my nephew for 4 days of said week so my mother and sister could have a vacation. We had to go back to work the following day (he was picked up the evening prior).
