We would have gone to Bangor, so you can't say that. We've been wanting to go mini-golfing for a while.

And despite the occasional abuse, there are benefits. Otherwise we'd not be there.

Point being? When a vacation hits, you make time and you make the money to go do something because you won't get another. We could have cut back on groceries or something.

California was as much a business trip as a vacation, I probably wouldn't have gone if it was just Amber's wedding, and I'm almost definitely not going to go to Canada. <<,, I just thought it would be nice to consider since I was asked.

Does it matter the reason of why you went? You went. My point remains in that if something wants or needs to be done, there comes a way if the person wants it enough.

It depends what you qualify as "RL". We met in 2003 (online), met up in person 2004, and have a few times since. So I refer to her as a RL friend rather than an online friend. :)

Besides, if I were going to spend 150 dollars on anything resembling a vacation, I'd much rather visit you than go to some comic meet in Canada that I know I'd be unhappy at half the time., which at some point we'd been planning on doing this month

Assumptions = bad. But it wasn't that. It was the more so not being able to just vent an annoyance without hearing the same old "move away" scenario as if it were so easy to do. Sometimes people just need to vent and not want it fixed because it's not the end of the world. x.x

I understand it's not easy to do, Chibi, and there's certainly nothing wrong with venting. It just feels like all you ever have is issues with them, and I want you to be happy. /snugs/ I know though that now's not the time for things to change, and that soon enough you'll have your degree and things will be better.

I mean, I vent all the time about not having a full time job. <<,, Telling me to get one certainly wouldn't help. XD

Lol yea I know i'll be back in the states someday, it has been almost 2 years. I'm planning on coming back next summer, so I have to start saving.

She's in Massachusetts, about 6 hours from me. :3

XD I looked up how long it is from Boston to Pennsylvania (not even where in PA you may be) and it says 7 hours, and to Chi is 6 hours, so I think that could be quite a drive.

Massachusetts only like 4 or 5 hours from me, I think. It's 2-3 hours to NJ.

This is random, but I sometimes forget how nice homemade spaghetti sauce is.
