Some Random Randomness 09-25-2009 11:47 PM

They're the carnival set pants. xD

I don't know they're name, and you better not expect me to look it up. >.>

Hatake Ayumi 09-25-2009 11:49 PM

.... OOooh, I know what you're talking about.
8D

... Silly defensive Rando.
And who's the crazy parent who keeps a picture of their baby like that? Or the parent with a GREAT sense of humor.
xD

Some Random Randomness 09-25-2009 11:53 PM

I don't know, but I'm contemplating breaking up their marriage so I can ask whichever one of the parents who did it to marry me and procreate.

And then the REAL fun ensues. 8D

Hatake Ayumi 09-25-2009 11:59 PM

What if you can't procreate because of the same sex anatomy issues? HOW WILL THE UNIVERSE BE HILARIOUSLY DESTROYED???

Some Random Randomness 09-26-2009 12:01 AM

I WILL FIND A WAY. D<

Stop, It's hammer time.

Hatake Ayumi 09-26-2009 12:03 AM

*makes a face much like the baby*

... *runs away*
I'm culturally sheltered. What exactly is hammer time?

Some Random Randomness 09-26-2009 12:21 AM

Can you really be THAT sheltered?

Otherwise, you need to go to youtube and search hammertime. Look for a black man in yellow parachute pants. That's the clip.

Hatake Ayumi 09-26-2009 12:27 AM

...
Asian... Never heard of such things.... Came home, did homework and was excluded by elementary school society.
So yes, sheltered.
xD

Some Random Randomness 09-26-2009 12:32 AM

Lolol. xD
Sorry if I'm laughing at your misfortune. You shouldn't phrase it so funnyily.

And elementary school society is rough, lemme tell ya.

Hatake Ayumi 09-26-2009 12:34 AM

*hides eyes behind hands*
eeeep, Rando is a stripper!!!
In a man thong!
With a riding crop!!!!

Lolz, what do you think my intention was? Syntax is key! Or was that Diction?

Some Random Randomness 09-26-2009 12:52 AM

It wasn't syntax. So diction? xD

Syntax is the way sentences are put together, so if they're grammatically incorrect, that's syntax. Your sentence wasn't grammatically incorrect.

But since you said the who "excluded by elementary school society" I think that makes it diction. xD

Hatake Ayumi 09-26-2009 12:54 AM

Bahhh, english.
*projected grade is failing in that class apparently*
; - ;
I should not have taken AP. My rhetoric is not strong!
Diction it is!

Some Random Randomness 09-26-2009 01:02 AM

Yes Yoda. xD

And don't worry, I'm an English Major in uni, so it's not like everyone speaks English like I do.
Look at gaia. 8D
*shot*

Hatake Ayumi 09-26-2009 01:06 AM

But my class is a college level class. I must write as you do!
*cries into hands*
My sentence structure in essays is weak and immature and I cannot analyze very well!

I now know I can never major or minor in english.
xD

Chi 09-26-2009 01:07 AM

*pinches Rando's cheeks, but which cheeks will be left unknown* DUN DUN DUN!!!

*waves to Hatake* XD

Hatake Ayumi 09-26-2009 01:08 AM

The suspense!! The agony!! How dare you leave me, the reader, hanging like that???
*shuuuuns Chi*

*waves back tho*

Chi 09-26-2009 01:10 AM

I'm full of suspense. XD <3

Some Random Randomness 09-26-2009 01:31 AM

*Pinches Chi's cheeks*

8D

I'm sure you speak great English Hatake. Unfortunately, I have quite a number of years head start I think. xD But it's great you speak English as well as you do as a second language, as I assume you speak it as a second language right? O.o

If you do, you speak English much better than I speak Dutch.

Chi 09-26-2009 01:33 AM

How is school going for the pair of you? I haven't had much time to catch up other than brief "Hi I miss you" things. >>;

Some Random Randomness 09-26-2009 01:41 AM

I know. >.>

Well hopefully I'll be able to transfer to part-time Law.
Two majors is just too much. I'm drowning in work.

Besides that, I've been working and what-not, so not really that exciting.

Chi 09-26-2009 01:43 AM

*nod* Don't overload... it's not worth the stress. If you finish one major sooner than another, then you have free time to concentrate on the other.

I have more information about grad school, and I am without a doubt applying now. Classes will be once a week, two days at most (more on summer sessions, but the bulk of it, no). So it's not bad as far as commuting is concerned, and I could keep working.

Interning keeps me busy. Homework keeps be busy, blahblahblah. I won't have much of a life 'till December. xD This weekend though, I have all my homework done ahead of time!

Hatake Ayumi 09-26-2009 01:45 AM

Rando: Nope. Technically first language, though I did have to relearn it during kindergarten and first grade though.
xD;;;
Stupid half year in china while I was an impressionable child!
I speak english like a teenager does... I type speak slightly better. I write horribly though...
... Sure, I'll say your expertise comes from the years of head start.

Chi: School is... Ok except for AP english, because for some reason I can't understand that class at all....
And physics and analysis are supposed to be hard...
xD

Some Random Randomness 09-26-2009 01:46 AM

I keep on procrastinating really. >.>
I take my stuff with me to work, I tell myself I'll read etc, and yet I don't.

And it's good that you're so positive about the grad school! *thumbs up*
Your masters is usually very independant studying, so I think that explains why you have so few hours right?

@Hatake: Oh well techincally. xD

I am no good with exact detail and what not with Engliushh. I couldn't tell you the rules or anything, I suck at that. xD
However, writing is apparently my strong point. I don't know what it is, but I never seem to get anything lower than around an A/8,5 for my essays.

Izumi 09-26-2009 01:49 AM

I love your outfit Chi. Very cute! :heart: *yoinks luck of the irish* ;)

I just got back from doing nearly 4 hours prep work for Aaron's best friend's wedding. It was very long, boring, and many bride/groom spats. I found out I'm doing the sound for the actual wedding, but after that a computer is doing the DJing. Which kinda bums me out as I was kinda looking forward to doing both.

I'll be glad when it's all done. It's gotten everybody stressed.

Chi 09-26-2009 01:51 AM

@Rando
Yep. *nod* The class component (about 2 years) is basically the same stuff I've already had, but more in-depth and some new things on the side. The bulk of it though is practicum and hands-on learning. That's what I'm excited for. If I can just get through 2 more years of paper and crap and blergh I'll be on the home stretch. I am absolutely starving to get some hands-on experience. The internship is helping at least. (But only my client interactions. The law stuff has been so friggin' overwhelming. On the first day he literally handed me case files and said for me to find a defense he could use. I HAVE NO LAW BACKGROUND. x_x)

@Hatake
Do you think AP English might get a little easier? ;-; I hope so! Everything else is going okay though?

@Izumi
Oh wow... it sounds pretty hectic. x_X
