I managed to buy Steampunk Headgear for 1.8k
Paid 0.8k for an Imperial Lucky Cat
Paid 1.5k for Armor of Order (and I got a Team Floaties and cornucopia for free)
Now I'm getting an Armor of Chaos for free from one of my reggies.
Sold a Jan 10 CI set to one of my reggies for the discount price of 2k. Yeah, could have gotten more for it in the market, I'm sure, but I need to keep my regulars happy too - and I have two CIs reserved for two other reggies for 1k each, again, discounted price.
Traded a jan 10 CI set for a Halloween 08 EI set, which is worth approx. 3.1k
Bought Bao Bao the Panda and tatsu the dragon for 5.3k.

I'm still surprised it was this month of all months it happened. At least with graduate school, the baby will be old enough to go with a sitter once I begin my 900 hour internship/practicum session. Unless something changes, which I doubt it will. Who knows though! I'm going with the flow.

And wow...the tatsu/bao bao have gone up in price. :o One of those items I had at one time but alas no more. I stopped selling/trading crap I only have one of for that reason. :

I only sell items I have only one of, if I am VERY sure I can rebuy them soon. Like, current month's CIs, or when I need the gold but know I will be getting in enough to rebuy it tomorrow or the day after.

So far, I've managed to sell two sets for 1.4k each. xD Didn't really expect that, but hey, if someone's first offer on two sets is 2.8k, I'm not exactly going to turn it down, now am I?

Someone else mentioned to me that they traded a couple for the value of 1.4K while the event was going on, which surprised me since all of the recorded sales have been for some 100 per item. If you'd like, we can wait to see what the value settles at, and I'll be perfectly happy to pay you that amount.

On a different subject, I've decided that I brought too many clothes to visit my parents. Because of all the clothes I got for Christmas, I didn't even wear all of what I brought here, and now it's nearly impossible to pack everything.

Did you get it packed yet? Hopefully you don't have to mail it to yourself. Our Christmas package from WI is coming around Tuesday. Cole got a lot of shirts and socks that couldn't fit. :XD
