Woo! Got all my books except for English. I got a $170 calculator too. :B Apparently I need it for my math class. I'm having more fun playing with the applications on it than anything.

Haha, nice. I still have my TI-83 from high school. I believe it is my 3rd one. I was a pro at losing calculators.
Sadly, I have not kept up with the sites. Heh.

Awesome little calculator though. I got it used, but it was immaculate condition. Hubby wanted me to get an 83, but I wanted the 84 cause it had the USB port. Good thing there was one there or I don't think I would of gotten one.

They had an 85, but none used and I really only needed the 83 as the requirement for the bare minimum, so I think it was a fair trade.

I want to see how I can customize it. Hubby goes "Don't overdo it with your calculator, OCD girl." :P

I only lost a Calculator once, and damn glad that was not a graphic calculator.

Happened when my schoolbag was stolen, two years ago.

I've lost 2 graphing calculators, three pairs of Jazz tennis shoes, and one cell phone with a customized shell. All in high school.
Guess which of those cost my parents the most money? Heh.
I'm such a forgetful person sometimes.

Hm. I have lost a library book once, some pens and pencils, I kept losing my rulers and so on, and one time my keys, had my schoolbag stolen once as well as my jack, but never lost something like tennis shoes or cell phones.

Hehe, yeah. I just set things down and forget where, and of course by the time I figure out where they might have been, they've been stolen. :/

The Jazz tennis shoes cost about $100 a pair. And I was on the dance team, so they were absolutely necessary.

Wow....I had the same calculator I had in pre-algebra in 6th grade, all the way through highschool. I used it a lot, as it was a basic calculator, with the solar panel, but could do fractions. I loved that little guy.

When I actually needed a graphing calculator I got another one, but not nearly as jazzy as this little guy, and I left it before I went to England.

I'm trying to think of anything of any real value I lost.

I suck at making avatars. :XD The only leafy things I can think of at the moment are the farm background (which wouldn't work) and the Book of Daydreams stuff... again though, I don't think it would go all that well with your current scheme.
Maybe someone else has a suggestion?

Holy shit!!! $800?? What the hell kind of course was it, Chi? God that's ungodly for ONE book...I thought paying $100+ for my math and psych books EACH was bad. :/

The only thing I could think of is the mushroom/fairy circle of Wood Sprite and the trees of Tapio Defender.

The Tapio Defender trees don't work, since they add a weird brown that I haven't been able to work in. I'd have to look at the wood sprite. Grr.

I agree, it's a pretty weird brown in the Tapio Trees.
