I think he's making a homemade sauce (meat and mushroom :drool:) tomorrow, so I'll save my pasta fix for then.

I'm thawing chicken thighs right now. I'm thinking I'll make yellow curry tonight or tomorrow so I'll have lunches this week. Maybe Pad Thai for dinner? I dunno yet. I'm not really wanting it, but it's a meal that he and I could eat. My nephew doesn't care for stuff like that, so we're saving the other stuff for Mon-Thurs.

The same is true in the world of chimpanzees.

O_O No joke. They're one of the most bizarre aspects of Japanese Culture.

It also suggests that the testicles are sometimes referred to as one's "money bags", so by the Tanuki having big ones, it's a reminder to people not to be stingy. :yes:

Like I said...they're bizarre little creatures. I bet if I put one outside my house though they'd make me take it back in as it would be deemed inappropriate. I doubt anyone would be able to tell me what it is and which culture it belonged to though. :XD

I'm hoping that I'll have time for it. If it begins this Thursday/Friday, I can at least put a few days in. I'm taking Cole out for dinner on Friday since he got me a wicked gift (pre-order of Final Fantasy XIII). After that? I have an entire week off.

I have a ton of stuff to do, but at least I'd be able to participate some!

Gumbo, good point! I wonder what the earning ratios will be like this event? I kind of preferred how it was for Celes Paradi. Most people only ended up with a couple sets, and now they're worth a bit. The others seem to stay deflated for a while if that many end up in the system.
