I do not think many would be willing to go too high. Some are firm in that they won't pay over 20k for an NPC item. It's hard to say.

Nope. We all snuggled in and watched movies. We're (still :gonk:) working on breastfeeding, so she nurses far more often than trick-or-treating would have been convenient for. I never thought just trying to give my baby the "best" nourishment would be this difficult. e_e

Matthew apparently wouldn't breastfeed when he was a baby. Since, back-in-the-day, they had to completely knock out mom for a C-section his first drink was from a bottle and he just wouldn't take the breast after that.

She was a pro when she came out, but my supply never came in. :( When we got home she refused the breast, but we lucked out beyond belief that she preferred the taste of breast milk so eventually tried again. She's been such a trooper through this crap. She takes both breast and bottle now without complaint. It's just my dang supply. We've done everything possible to get her exclusively breastfed but it's just not happening. I figure that so long as she gets some, that's far better than none!

She wasn't a pro so much as a top-seeded amateur. Your boobs were in pretty rough shape by the time we left the hospital, so I wouldn't go so far as to call her a pro. :p

I would. Her latch was good (if what everyone said was true), but all nipples go through that adjustment period. :XD Cracked, sore and bleeding are common terms for all women when getting into it. S'why nipple cream is such a great seller.

I agree, something is better than nothing. Way to not give up on it.. I'm sure that's extremely frustrating for you. :(

It was ... I wanna say the full six weeks everyone tells the nursing mom "not to give up on" before my boobs fully adjusted. She's a little vacuum cleaner! If I turn or she turns when she's trying to latch I'll be bruised wherever her mouth lands. No joke. e_e;
