I'm hanging in there. I got to meet a close friend of Aaron's today, and it was interesting. He's a pastor of a local church and was a big influence in his life when he was a teenager, up to present day. A very charismatic guy. He's the kind it's hard NOT to like.
Other than that I basically got home, tried to play on a game and passed out for several hours. I have not been sleeping well at all for several days. Very light sleep, where I wake up a lot...very weird, disturbing dreams. I had this one last night I remember vaguely of a friend of ours who had died (in my dream, and I don't know why) and for some reason I had just a small portion of her ashes in my incense burner....and I was trying to thin them out with actual incense ashes so I could discard of them without anyone knowing. Almost like I had inadvertently had her death on my hands. I woke up and was just sitting there trying to ponder what my subconscious was trying to say in that one. The other one from this afternoon we were living a Bernie Madoff kind of existence from what I remember, and had obtained all this jewelry and other flamboyantly rich stuff and apparently had gotten caught. We turned into dogs and I can just remember trying to hug onto tightly as they pried me away from Aaron and into these tiny little cages. I woke up and was like what the hell have I been eating. |
I think I'd be having odd dreams too, in your recent circumstances. Hopefully they pass soon.

It's slowly getting less chaotic. I guess that's a good thing. For awhile I was not really enjoying it as it was highly stressful due to lack of communication and the fact they opened up that new department and we would get lots of calls trying to chase up their call backs. Well they put what they had there just to answer the phones that they didn't have TIME to actually call anyone back to update them...so not only were WE getting pissed off customers, but then they'd get it for from them too. Bleh.
