Vincent hadn't heard her and once he was in the small hut he felt slightly guilty for running away like that. He felt sour for a moment and then the woman left the house. She was in need of fire wood so she went into the forest and heard the call and shook her head slightly. "Who's there?" she called.

She stood up and growled slightly. "No one. Go away. NOW." Then she was gone. Or so it seemed, She had started jumping through the tree's towards L's house silently, still growling softly.

The woman seemed a bit worried but picked up the sticks. "Poor boy," she muttered to herself. The trees seemed to groan in agreement.

When she got to his house she tried to slow down but couldn't, resulting in her falling abruptly to the ground. She had her eyes closed and was only thinking about the wind brushing over her face and dancing through her hair then thump. She groaned as she stood and shuffled into his house, slamming the door quiet strongly behind her in anger. "I hate everyone. They don't deserve to live. Not one of them. I should give them what they deserve!" She growled to herself picking up an apple.

Vincent bowed his head slightly when the woman came back with the sticks. It was his aunt, she had escaped from confinement many years ago and he had somehow found out about her place. He waited in silence though wondering if she really cared and if she cared she probably would come find him. He doubted it though.

She got out her bear and hugged him tightly as she laid down on her bed. "Your name..." She whispered to the falling apart bear, a single tear rolling down her face "Your new name...argento...it means silver, because you are my only weakness...not someone else...they're all gone...they walked out or died on or by me...no one but you are left...and if you were taken away from me...I might have to kill myself..." She whispered to the old bear, hugging it tighter and crying into it.

Vincent seemed saddened by what he had done and stood. He walked out and headed down the hill towards the house. She seemed to have forgotten something about him and he was worried now.

She sat up, remembering Vincent had taken Beauty. "D**n that b*****d to H**L!" She screamed to no one. Then she ran outside and into the forest "BEAUTY?!BEAUTY!BEAUTY WHERE ARE YOU?!COME ON BACK NOW!" She called then started crying "Pa-pa's gone off...he won't be coming back...Are you looking for him too?" She said, knowing no one would hear her, but still she said it aloud, putting her face in her hands she whispered, "And I sent him away...forever..."

Vincent had gone outside now and was surprised when there was another horse there, wild with fright. He put a hand on its muzzle and recognized it almost immediately. He sighed as he started leading it through the forest towards L's house listening for a call. He heard someone and the horse bolted in that direction. |
((L took Beauty and Risa is looking for her in the forest)) She saw Beauty running towards her and ran to her. When Beauty was with her she hugged her neck and softly pet her nose "Shhhh shhhh it's okay, your fine,everything is okay now, I've got you, it's okay, calm down, your okay, I'm okay, the bad man is gone now, shhhh," She chanted in a soothing voice to the bewildered horse. "It's fine,I'm okay, your okay, the bad man is gone, we can go home now," She whispered her soothing words to the horse, still hugging her as she guided her back to the house. Her words, as wrongs as they were, made her calm, as well as the beautiful horse. When she got back to the barn she let Sephiroth and Cloud out in the fenced area to run, and put Beauty in a separate, smaller one, because she was still frightened of the larger and stronger horses they had brought.

Vincent let out a sigh and returned to the home. His aunt was quite displeased with him in the fact he was back. He noticed she was looking around for something. She left the house shortly after and went down towards the house in search of some help. She came down to the house and knocked on the door.

She had all the blinds and curtains shut and she was in a ball in the corner in her room when she heard a knock. She growled and cursed to herself "GO AWAY! THE OWNER OF THE HOUSE DIED!" She screamed towards the door, not making any signs of movement. She wasn't going to open the door and see the woods and be reminded of him anymore. She growled again and threw a small stone at her door "GET OFF THIS PROPERTY OR I'LL HAVE TO USE FORCE! I'M NOT BLUFFING! BE ON YOUR WAY!" She growled, meaning every word she had screamed to the unwelcome visitor.

The woman seemed a bit shocked and hurt by the statement and backed away. There was a loud groan that issued from the forest and one of the horse jumped the fence. Her connection to nature was far greater than she realized when the horse barreled through the door. "Oh my goodness," she said stumbling backwards and falling on her bottom. "I shouldn't tell that dear boy about this he'd be very angry." She paused then and realized that it might be best if she should just ask for some assistance. "Excuse me!" she called back. "I don't mean to be rude but do you have any apples I could use to make an apple pie. My horse seems to have eaten them all!"

She heard the loud crash of the door and growled "CLOUD< WHAT HAVE YOU GONE AN DONE THAT FOR NOW?!" She screamed at Cloud, who was standing in her doorway, as she came down stairs. She saw the woman and grabbed the basket of apples, handing it to her "There, now go." She said, going back to her room and slamming the door behind her. "GET BACK IN YOUR PEN, CLOUD!" She yelled down from her room and the horse dashed back into his area.

The woman seemed a bit perplexed. "Vincent misses you," she yelled back not really caring if she got a response. "And he's worried." She turned then and left the house. While going back to the house she had a feeling that Vincent was either with the horses or sleeping.
Vincent felt uncomfortable now knowing that he couldn't do anything since the sun would be out soon. He'd develop an immunity to the sun over time and he was impatient. |
She laughed rudely at the woman's comment. "I doubt that!" She yelled in response to both the things the woman had said. "Tell him I will not forgive him ever and I hate him!" She continued, hoping the woman heard it so he would know just how much she hated him now.

The woman had heard her and she felt a slight pain in her heart. She sighed and a dog came up to her whining and panting before she had reached back the hut. When she got there she found Vincent on the couch. "I'm afraid," she said with a sigh. "She doesn't like you anymore and since you're less stubborn you should drop off some apple pie instead of me." Vincent merely nodded to her suggestion when he knew he would only enter the house and put the apple pie down.

She ripped off her silver necklace and threw it out her closed window, shattering it to a million tiny pieces. She looked at the glass shards scattered around her room and undoubtedly outside around the window. She went back to her corner and got in a ball, starting to sing a song L sung with her whenever she was sad. "Hello there, the angel from my nightmare, the shadow in the background of the mourge, the unsuspecting victim of darkness in the valley we can live like Jack and Sally if we want..." It was growing dark now and Vincent was just getting up. He looked out the window and picked up one of apple pies his aunt had made and put it in a basket it. He got the horse and rode down the hill to the house slowly. When he reached the bottom of the hill he jumped off and heard a distinct crunch beneath his foot. He felt slightly light headed so he moved forward and placed the basket down in the entrance. "Apple pie is here," he yelled before turning and going back. He lost his balance though and felt into the shards of silver.

She growled at the sound of his voice and dashed down stairs. She looked at the pie and frowned. "TAKE YOUR PIE AND CHOKE ON IT!" She screamed at him on the ground and stormed back to her room, but turned around at the top of the stairs "I WOULD DUMP THAT PIE ON YOUR HEAD IF IT WASN'T FROM THAT LADY!" She yelled before stomping into her room and slamming the door once again.

The twang of an arrow could be heard moments after she went into the house. Even though he was in pain from silver being pushed against his skin he stood up and got on the horse. The attackers noticed he was weak and lodged an arrow in his left shoulder. He felt backwards to the ground but noticed they hadn't hit his heart.
Shadowfax reacted with a wild expression on her face and bolted along with the other horses. |
Even if she hated him she would not stand idly by and listen to him die. She stood at her window and her eyes glowed red in the moonlight. There were two men and they saw her eyes immediately "W-what the he-" He was cut off by death. She had shot him in mid sentence and he fell down. His companion screamed which was also cut off abruptly by his own groan and then the sound of him falling to the ground. Then she ran down stairs and dragged Vincent into the house and slowly got all the silver out of him. ((the window shattered not the silver necklace))

[[oh. Change of story, trap was set for him.]]
Vincent groaned slightly when he felt himself get dragged in. He could barely see and he felt quite weak at the present moment. A man was following them though, hiding in the corner. When all the silver was out he let loose two arrows. One went into his shoulder and one barely missed his heart. His eyes turned a dark red color as they seemed to relax a bit. |
((sounds good to me))She growled a low, threatening growl as her eye returned to the bright red and she showed her teeth in a fierce snarl. She charged the hiding man and bit him with her silver capped teeth as hard as she could. He feel to the ground dead very soon after. She went back to Vincent and pulled out the two new arrows, her eyes lightening but not fulling changing back to her normal silver-grey color. She hid her teeth again and whispered to him "Don't loose your grip of life. And just because I'm saving your sorry @$$ doesn't mean I don't hate you still, don't get the wrong impression." She finished with a smirk as she treated his wounds.

Vincent heard her growl and was satisfied when the silver was removed from his body. He revived slightly before moving in a separate direction, partially away from her. He didn't trust her but he knew he had to since she was taking care of him.
He imagined that it would be quite difficult to explain to his aunt what had happened. He turned to face her now still weak. "We need to go to the mountains," he said in a raspy voice. |
