Vincent just nodded slightly as he started watching the figures move across the television screen. He was thoroughly amused by the mind-numbing repetitiveness of the show. He actually looked sleepy now and he started to drift off to sleep, leaning slightly against her.

She smiled, relieved that there wouldn't be another fight, then propped her head on her elbow and she, too, fell asleep.

Vincent ended up hugging her arm while he was sleeping. He woke up a while later confused and a bit dazed also. The television was off though and he had no idea what time it was.

She was still asleep when he woke up but a few minuets later she joined him in silent conciousness, just looking at him hugging his arm in confusion.

"I should just sleep with a bunch of stuffed things... what are those called?" he said lazily. He still looked sleepy and it was evident in the way that he spoke.

She giggled "stuffed animals?" She asked carefully, knowing he could get mad if she said it with a tone.
|
"Oh," Vincent said looking a bit bewildered. "I never had a... stuffed animal." He looked a bit disappointed since it sounded like something every kid got.

She grinned and shook him off her arm then went to her bag and picked out a stuffed bear, then walked back over to him and handed it to him "You can have mine, then." She said with a smile, offering him the bear.

Vincent looked really confused. "Why would you give that to me?" he asked. "You should keep it if its yours. If I've lived this long without one I'll survive."

She smiled and looked at the bear "Well, sure, he's broken and old, because I made him myself, but you know I really do have too many for someone my age," She said, holding back a laugh, "and sure you'll live, but that doesn't mean he can't cheer you up when you're feeling low, just give him a hug and you'll understand," She said, offering him the bear once again.

Vincent took the stuffed bear and looked at him for a moment slightly confused. He hugged it, feeling completely idiotic for a moment. A smile spread across his face though as he felt how soft it was. "That's why they don't allow them in the training camp," he said to himself.

She smiled and zipped up her bag, then walked back over and took her seat next to him again, letting her head fall back as she tried to go back to sleep.

Vincent watched her. "Are you tired," he asked after a while. "Why don't you just go to bed."

She looked at him puzzled for a moment, then started laughing her head off "Bed, listen to this one!" She said, pointing at him and talking to an invisible listener.She feel asleep quickly after that with her head back and her thumb still slightly pointing at Vincent.

Vincent looked extremely confused. "What?" he asked. "Did I say something?" When he still didn't understand he just left, taking the bear that he had been hugging upstairs and slammed the door to where he slept quite loudly.

She door woke her up, dazed. She followed the sound and made it into Vincent's room, where she curled up and slept on the floor next to him like a loyal pet.

Vincent awoke a few hours later slightly confused. When he saw that she was there he looked even more bewildered. He'd been half-awake when he'd ran up here and slammed the door so he barely even remembered if she actually came.

She looked up at him, then sat up. Stretching, she started trying to explain "Oh, you're awake, see I was waiting for you...but then I..." Then she began saying nonsense, because she was still half asleep "So you see I didn't mean to, but I still did fall asleep again." She finished, rubbing her eyes.

Vincent just nodded slightly. "You're cute when you're tired by the way," he said sliding off the bed. He stretched slightly despite not really wanting to get up. "We need to leave."
He was still holding the teddy bear in his right hand as he walked to the door. |
She smiled drowsily "Awright, I'll get whats-his-face," She said, clearly showing she was still half asleep. She walked down the hall to Benjamen's room and pounded on it a few times "Get out!" She screamed "We're leaving," She added quieter, but still too loud "And I, for one, are prep rared to leave wifout you," She said, then walked down stairs and picked up her bags, then sat down in the middle of the floor, blocking everyone's way.{Teehee sounds drunk XP}

Vincent walked down the stairs after Risa. The teddy bear was slightly limp in his hand as he walked and he looked like a little kid the way he was walking.
"All right," he said. "Risa get up please. We need to get the stuff ready to leave." |
She stood up and looked at him blankly for a moment, then turned and walked in front of the couch, staring pointlessly out the window in a daze until they were ready to leave.

Vincent also walked out but paused slightly next to her before descending the stairs. The air no longer smelled threatening and he was, for the most part at ease.

She followed him with her bags then called to Benjamen, finally out of her daze "Banjamen, we're leaving, and we will go on without you!" She yelled up the stairs at him. "I'm coming, geeze!" He yelled back, coming down the stairs in a hurry.

Vincent walked slowly out to the barn, enjoying the surroundings as he went. He was greeted by both Shadowfax and Cloud. The third horse came with them and he began to lead them towards the house with Shadowfax attempting to stick is head under Vincent's arm.
