"In the future...I see a change. Things will change if you allow it. So just wait for thins to get better."said Shiva, "let's just finish the essay and then you can go to my brother and cry to him like he's a big strong man huh?"she joked.

Amelia crossed her arms stubbornly. She understood what she meant by change but she didn't like the joke. "Well I don't cry," she said smartly. She then took up the pencil and started writing her essay.

Shiva chuckled and grabbed a pickle from the snack tray her father left out.
Mr.Haru came back down to the kitchen, "working hard or hardly working?"
"Hardly working, we were about to go clubing."Shiva said sarcastically.

Amelia was staring at the page again and then started writing. She now had a few crackers next to her and blindly grabbed for them and ate them. She seemed to be on a roll for the most part but was pleased with her writing though it wasn't as good as she wished it was.

She looked up at Mr. Haru when he came in and listened to Shiva's comment. She could see why her sister didn't like her but she seemed pleasant enough.

"So what was the boom?"asked Shiva. Mr.Haru looked at her for a minute, "just your brother...he needed a bit of a rest is all."
Shiva looked concerned, "did he fall? Collapse? What's happened?"
"Nothing that concerning, it's fine."said Dr.Haru. "How is the paper Amelia?"

Amelia was listening to them as she tried to write her paper. She looked up though when Mr. Haru addressed her. "It's fine but I don't like writing," she said bluntly. "Shiva helped me!"

She seemed pleased with herself at the present moment and could not say that she disliked it because of the subject.

"...keep trying dear."sighed Mr.Haru.

Delilah seemed to be a bit lost as to why she was at the hospital. She was confused as she slowly sat up in the bed and felt a pain in her lower back. She wanted to smoke but didn't have the energy to get up and all her money was gone. She placed her hands over her face to make herself wake up. When she didn't she began to cry gently.

Amelia seemed pleased with the idea and looked down at her work once more. She scowled slightly before writing a bit more. She was making better progress than she thought but this wasn't including her mathematics homework. She looked up at the clock and flinched slightly, she had cram school in about an hour.

"What seemes to be the problem?"asked Cast standing over Delilah.

"Yo, dad. Go wake the lazy bum up so he can go to his cram school with Amelia. Stop treating him like a baby."said Shiva eating anouther pickle.
Mr.Haru sighed, "Don't you have a fioncee you could annoy dear?"he mummbled, "let him rest till Amelia is ready to leave and I'll drive them both."

Amelia was pleased by the idea of getting driven but didn't voice her opinion. Much of the cram school she had was a tutor but she also had a language arts section to help her get up to speed with everyone else in her grade. She sighed slightly as she laid her head on the table.

Delilah looked concerned for a moment and couldn't remember who was talking to her. "Who are you? Why am I here? I should be back at the apartment making sure those jerks don't get to my sister," she said in a hurried fashion.

"When does cram school start?"asked Mr.Haru.

"Yo. Wake up little miss Delilah."growled Cast in no mood for this, "I am Cast Haru. You are here because some ass hole hurt you. And what apartment? You live in my fathers home."

"What a ridiculous idea," Delilah exclaimed though it sounded more like anger. She slid off the bed and limped towards the door. "I need to get home to my sister before she gets hurt, and I do not know whoever you are... Mr... Mr... Cast. If that's your last name." She started walking away then with her arms crossed, determined to get home.

Amelia looked at her watch. "About an hour," she said shortly. She hated cram school but it helped a lot.

Cast grabbed her ruffly by the arms and stared down at Delilah, "wake up!"he roared angrily. Cast was not a short man. In fact he was rather muscular and tall with a hot temper. "Calm your ass down and remember! Your sister is with my father right now at his home with Kyoya and my other brother and my sister Shiva."

Mr.Haru nodded and watched his daughter eating a pickle again, "you pregnant?" he asked bluntly.
"Who knows, if I am I'll let you be the grandfather."joked Shiva.
Mr.Haru rolled his eyes.

Delilah squirmed slightly but when she heard the sharpness of his words she cowered slightly. "Let go of me," she said still struggling. "You're lying, you took my sister didn't you and you're just trying to convince me that this isn't real! They're right about you." She struggled a little bit more and looked at an area that had no people and became silenced.

Amelia stood after gathering her things, wanting to at least get to cram school on time.

"You are in a hospital. I am Dr.Haru,"said Cast.

"Well if your leaving go wait in the car and I'll get Kyoya. He would kill me if I didn't wake him for cram school."said Mr.Haru nervously standing and walking away to the upstairs.

Delilah looked at him again and shook her head slightly. "I know I'm in the hospital and I know you're Doctor Haru," she said in barely a whisper. She was beginning to tremble and it was obvious she was frightened. "Why is he staring at me? Why does he want to kill me?"

Amelia went out to the car thinking about Kyoya and how nice he was. She paused slightly outside the car thinking about a few things. She was waiting patiently now.

"Trying to kill you? Who? Nobody is trying to kill you. Right now I want you to try and remember who I am and who my family is so you wont freak again."said Cast in a foul mood as it already was.

Kyoya came outside looking a bit angry at his father who ran to the car and got in. "He's mad. I'm a moron."
It took Kyoya a while to get to the car and Mr.Haru bit his lip. He was still haveing trouble walking which wasn't good.
The boy got into the car a second later and Mr.Haru quickly drove away.
"...mmm..."muttered Kyoya to Amelia as if it was normal speech.

Amelia was staring at her essay while in the car and suddenly ripped into shreds. "I'm horrid," she said bending forward so she could hide her face in her lap.

Delilah stopped again and looked straight at him and nodded slightly. She swallowed and seemed slightly innocent at the present moment. She shook her head slightly as she tried to remember people and became very confused. She started crying then. "I'm sorry," she said between sobs.

William was to begin is volunteering for the day with his new dog Simon. He was a bit surprised when he saw Delilah at the hospital and he paused for a moment to make sure it was her. When he realized it was he felt quite pleased yet evil at the same time.

"BAH!FOOLISH GIRL! WHY DID YOU RIP THAT! YOUR HARD WORK WENT INTO THAT! When we get to cram school I'll finish my work quickly and help you with makeing anouther one."growled Kyoya. Bad tempers seemed to run in the family to everyone but Mr.Haru. The wife must have given it to her children before passing on.

"Listen, stop crying and calm down. You seem ok and just need rest, I'm takeing you home and calling off work early. Let's go."said Cast softly as he wrapped his arms around her to comfort.

Amelia jumped when Kyoya yelled at her and she looked very injured by his abruptness and began to piece the paper back together frantically as tears started forming in her eyes. She was shaking so it made it hard for her to do.

Delilah nodded slightly and was happy to be greeted by the dog. She looked up and was a bit shocked to see someone familiar. "Why are you here?" she asked quickly.

"Volunteer work," William said. "Counselor and parents think it will lower how violent I am but I think that's just a bunch of bull shit like the doctors telling you that you'll get better." He grinned slightly when he saw the disappointment on Delilah's face and then walked away with a sense of overwhelming pride. The dog didn't act like him at all.

"KYOYA! STOP YELLING AT HER THIS INSTANT!"yelled Mr.Haru, "pah...sorry...don't bother peicing them back together. You can't peice something together if it's already fallen apart beyond repair." said Kyoya. Mr.Haru slammed on the breaks and looked back at his son. It sounded like Kyoya's words had meaning not only for the paper Amelia had ripped.
"What?"snapped Kyoya.
"...nothing..."Mr.Haru started driving again.

Cast looked grumpily after the man who had just talked to Delilah, "kid...want me to kick you out of this hospital? Don't bring dogs in here either you dog."snapped the man.

Amelia was trying to forget what Kyoya had said and instead gave up and gathered the pieces so she could throw it away. She looked at her hands now and was examining them for dirt and took out some hand sanitizer and put a glob on her hands and then began to rub it all over her hands on her arms.

Delilah picked up a coffee cup near by and chucked it after the guy who jumped slightly but he just laughed in response. Delilah scowled slightly and then tried to refocus on the person who was trying to help her.

"...don't you hate perfection?"asked Kyoya watching Amelia. "Perfection is...slightly...I hate it."

"That is it. I am an impatient man Miss Delilah. We leave now, ready yourself and lets go."said Cast looking down at her.

"STOP THE CAR!" Amelia snapped. She hated cram school and she was sick of being ridiculed by Kyoya and it hurt her. She'd just go to the library today.

Delilah was a bit shocked at first and lowered her head in shame. She nodded slightly but she found she was already ready to leave. "I'm sorry," she said. "That was my step-cousin and he's very mean, I didn't act correctly."

Mr.Haru did so and Kyoya looked at her. "Why are you stopping here? You might get hurt if you walk somewhere or..."he looked at her, perfection... he probably insulted her by it. He did hate perfection, it terrified him. He alway's imagined odd things about it. Teachers expected him to be perect and he thought his father did as well. He wouldn't want to upset his mom either.
But Amelia liked perfection and he had contradicted her.
"Sorry. I'll walk, you stay. I say stupid things."said Kyoya getting out so he wouldn't bug Amelia and he simply walked on the sidewalk slowly. He really was a moron in Mr.Haru's eyes sometimes.

"Don't be sorry, I've had a rather bad day with my research. You don't have to act correctly, act on a whim. In fact, wunna go out for coffee? Might clear your head."said Cast gently.
