Mechanics:

Ok this is where I will tell you how this contest works. Ok folks head over to your inventory, right this way please, and start dressing your avatar! The theme is.... dun dun dun dun! Yumeh and or Masquerade! *le gasp* thats right its Yumeh's birthday and the whole theme of the event is Masquerade so break out those heavy wallets filled with gold! Just kidding folks... Or am I? Once you have finished dressing your pixels fashionably come back to the thread. PM me your entries, since al ot of people might enter it might eventually get hard to find all the entries. So just pm me, and don't change your avatar until I have saved it to my server and pm'ed you back. Then you may change your avatar. All entries will go in the front page for all members to see. Once the contest is closed me and some other selected members [[you guys helping run the event]] shall pick about... lets say 10 avatars that caught our eyes. Of course if there is an amazing amount of avatars there shall be more picked for the final round. Then we will post all avatars in a poll and let the whole community vote on them! [[You guys think this would work? Would people use their mules to cheat? ]] When the whole community has decided we shall award the lucky winners the following prices.

I think you need to edit the spelling a bit.. And...Umm..*thinks* oh, make sure you have some finalist, then have people vote. It'll be more easier that way.

Make sure there is no favortism when you do judge. You might be called on it if there is.

You can also ask one of the mods for help on the ip addresses to make sure no one is cheating. Basically make a small little threat that if they do enter their mule, both of their entries will be disqualified.

As for the prizes... Money.. just look at the past dress up contest. That's what I did for my art contest, looking at a one from before but adding a few things >_<

oh its just a rough draft. oh and there will be finalists... I said so above.... oh and you guys will help judge. So will the community.

Unless I am no longer a part of the Staff when the event goes down (knock on wood), I'll be able to double-check the IPs of the top-whatever contestants to make certain there is no double-dipping going on.

Maybe each of the people judging can pick their top three and then we can narrow that down to a top five for the rest of the celebrants to vote on for their favorite?

Though... I don't think the whole community will be here when the even is on, we can't count on over 1,000 people voting...

Okay, you spelled prizes as prices(Money), so I corrected that. I got rid of all the little comments in [] that you have, and put them in actual sentances so they work out a lot better.. Most of it was just spelling errors.

I corrected it so people can understand it a bit better. Not too much though. I love how social you are with the people who are entering ^^ It's entertaining.

I cut out some stuff like the prizes, since they are not known yet and I don't want to quote a huge post. Anyway.. Read it over and yeah *shrugs*

Hmm.. No suggestions or I would have posted them.. just figure out the prizes, talk to juru for money and such, because the staff is helping with this.

Yes. I came up with the idea myself ^^ I'm very excited to see what people come up with. I want them to fit yumeh's look and personality. If I get a blonde girl with cat ears and brown eyes...well they're not going to win.

Yumeh seems..to be the wise type to me.

The staff won't be helping that much..just providing money for the contests and such..*nods*

Rasengan - See if you can't get some extra copies of the Winter Event items as prizes. Or gold to buy them on the Exchange. A lot of people seem to be going to miss out on the Winter Event and would probably like the items. I'll try to help save extras as well to help.

As for entries... I would suggest they are posted in-thread so people don't feel upset if they accidentally created a similar outfit to someone else. They can look at those who had already entered and know what was entered and choose to make an entry different from that one!
