Nope... It's allways a mistake I suppose. I mean, come on people. When I comment on someone's art, I don't compare it to all of the fantastic art out there, I point out the thinks that managed to look decent in the art. This is the second time this has happened, and I appreaciate all of the usefull information, but not the peopel telling me I have no excuse for not being decent in their standards at art.

mouse alternative
you should get a pen tablet... they're awesome and you get much better quality once you learn to us it correctly.

it's pretty good for using a mouse but I would say keep practicing I know a mouse is annoying but I used a mouse for a long time before i for a tablet asa present and not many people complained only 1. So good luck!

i used a mouse for a veery long time. i have only had a tablet for about a year and a half and though mouse work is difficult, it's not an excuse for not drawing well :lol:.
a lot of people try and excuse things by saying they used a mouse, but it's all about hand movement. you can draw just as well with a mouse as you can with a tablet. moving onnnnn, i think your coloring does need a lot of work and observation. right now, all the colors are very raw and it seems like you're basing lighter colors simply off lightening up the base. the skin tone isn't convincing and using default windows colors always looks bad. chances are that if the color is in MS paint's default pallet - DON'T USE IT! :] |
to help your line art, you should use the pen function then right click and stroke. if you have no idea on what i'm talking about, just try the photoshop tutorials on using the pen function. <3

I didn't say it sucked I said it was pretty good and keep on practicing @[email protected] which I hope you will. Don't let what other people say get you down. I know what it's like to have people say mean things about your art you worked hard on.
