I won't say what she is though xD Let's just say I'm fully Malaysian :3 ;3 xD I was in KL for the first a last week since my dad's brothers live there, but then the rest of my stay was in Kelantan since that's where most of my family is from :3 :3 I also went to Terengganu for a week too xD My uncle lives there and my step-grandad is originally from there :3 :3 |

Yeah, I do recall one Malaysian on Mene who was a 'the One Academy' student (TOA is one of the two more well-known art schools in Malaysia), she used copics in her art last I remember. But I have not seen her after some time in February. Wonder where she went... LOL That works for me. xD Ah, you went around quite a bit. That is good. =D I always find the surrounding in the more suburban areas much nicer to look at and pleasant to be in. I liked the Terengganu beaches, though I have only been there twice. ^^ |

And yeah, I agree with you. The surroundings are beautiful. You can never find nature like that in England xD Aw, I never got to go to the beaches in Terengganu. Well I went once when I was young, but I dont remember anything of it xD I went to a few beaches in Kelantan though :3 I love how the crabs come poking out of the sand at anytime! The One Academy is located in Selangor. Most good young Malaysian artists and animators graduate from that institution. ^_^
You know what? I can't remember her username, if just because I only managed to chat with her for about two weeks. *shot* Copics are very expensive, I wish I could afford them too. But alas! :cry: I hope they preserve the original nature of Kelantan and Terengganu. They wanted to deforest quite a few areas in both those states for development, but received outraged responses from the people. ^_^; Oh, heck, I've not been to England before! I would like too, though, some day. xD |

It's really colourful, the academy. It's right next to Sunway Pyramid, if you know where that is, or have heard of it. ^^
lol Maybe? I wouldn't know. But it sounds like it, since there are not many Malaysians here in the first place. xD Copics are nice to use once you know how, and very fun too. At least, that was what my friends told me. It turns out much better than digital art sometimes. I like copic artworks myself, I really like how the colours come out on those pieces, when done nicely. Kelantanese? I definitely can't. I can't even speak Hokkien right. xD; I could say I am a pure KL (city) girl. :sweat: And you're right. I wouldn't want to live there either, but it's a lovely place to visit. KL is amazing xD They sell it everywhere else in Malaysia too, but I love those SevenEleven shops that sell those slushies. OMG. I would murder for a cup of that again ::droolz:: And they're only RM1.50 each as well. That's equivelent to about 30p here! @Eroy: Yep, there's a massive house that my grandmother owns, but no one actually lives there (since my grandma also owns a shop where there's a house built into it) and me and my family stayed in the massive house xD Oooooooh, for now, eh? xDD Where did you use to live before? Sunway Pyramid is quite a well known landmark here. Though, it's really only good for ice skating, if just because it's one of the most decent ice skating rings around. The selection of shops there are not so good for shopping. lol
AH! Xuvrette. No, that was not the one I was talking about. xD Xuv was from Malaysia, yes. But she's currently living in New Zealand, if I am not mistaken. And she despises Malaysia, so I usually try not to mention the country around her. ^_^; Lately, she doesn't seem to be on Mene anymore. I wonder what happened to her. Usually, she posts a lot... *worried* Ah, the 7-11 slushies. They don't sell them in the 7-11 shops in UK? I thought they had them in all branches around the globe. O_o |
