i think that if he acts likes he did do it, and doesn't cover it up the fact that he did those things to you, then why not take it to court? He can't lie then on oath [although basing on the information, he probably will since he sounds like a complete asshole], and those people that laugh when he makes fun of you are all by-standers/witnesses. Well, I guess I am lucky I don't have a brother. But I think your brother needs some help! He seriously did that to you pillow, an imature college guy would do that to his roommates pillow for god saces he needs some help.

Ew. Military school isn't a great option. I know it would be difficult to report it. It would make anyone in a similar position nervous. If I was in that situation I would NOT care if he was my brother I would go straight to the police...perhaps that's because I am a strong indivitual, I don't know...I would also definitely fight back. You say that he likes to play below the belt...you can do the same if you're in a situation where you feel threatened. On top of this you can also go to the principal of your school and let them know your situation, I've had things where I'll go to the principal and they will investigate no matter how STUPID the situation may be. If you really want to get your brother in trouble you could definitely always plan a camera somewhere and go from there, if you have evidence of the things that he's doing to you then...essentially you're all set, you show that to someone BAM he is in trouble for pretty much life, that's going to follow him where ever he goes...college, future jobs. If this is really as serious as you're making it out to be then something can be done VERY easily, you just have to take the initiative to get it fixed. Don't be afraid...I can understand how you may be a little bit afraid, especially after all of this crap has been happening to you. But show your brother that you're strong and that he doesn't scare you. A lot of the time bullies like that will only pick on your because they like seeing you cower in fear. I would say stand up for yourself but clearly that didn't work...but like I said about the camera if you do try and stand up for yourself and he goes off on you record it. How old are you and how old is he? I am just curious of the age difference...oh and do you work out at all...you said something like he's got a great left hook....there are places that offer classes for physical defense. If someone attacks you, you don't really have to be strong, you just need to know where to attack. :3nod: I really hope you do something about it, it's a scary thing and I bet if someone saw this post...like a friend or something they would do something about it....you really should to. |

Bah with the stereotypes! Anyway. The best thing to do would probably avoid him. Ask him if he's gay, since he pays so much attention to you and your "below the belt" spot. I'm sure he's got a soft spot...somewhere. You just have to find it. And I'm sure it won't be easy. And you aren't alone with wanting to keep your Virginity until you get married. My boyfriend wants to do the same thing. Try not to worry about it, and ask some people about jokes you could crack on him. And your "social status" shouldn't matter. As long as you have good friends, you'll be fine. Having MORE friends doesn't really help any. Sometimes theres too many to control, they'll start talking behind your back and acting like everything is okay. I hoped I helped, though I feel like I didn't. Gosh , do I feel sorry for you. Me and my own brother fight but never it came close of thumbtacks in the eye. That is really terrible. Me and my brother struggle to even look at each other without biting eache other's head off. I always wrestle around with my brother. He ends of breaking something thought. I think you should fight back the best you can and really try to avoid him. But I don't give that good of adivce. But I will tell you I know how it is in fighting with sibling's. Really. The rule 'Boy's don't hit girl's' is bull shit to him. So...yeah... our parent's say if we don't straighten up then they will make us share a bedroom! Now that is scary.
