Trans-Siberian Orchestra
I love this group! My favorite song is Wizards in Winter which is also the first song I heard by them. I also love the way they wire their lights to co-ordinate with their music. Anyone else love their music?

I don't know if he's still with them, but I do know that Mark Wood is really good, and that he was in the Trans-Siberian Orchestra before he made the Mark Wood band. Mark Wood is an electric violinist, for those of you who don't know of his legendary work. |
Oh, I've heard of this... My mother was telling me about them, I believe. Could I find them on YouTube? I'm very curious about them now.

The first song I heard of theirs was "Christmas Eve/Sarajevo" and it has remained my favorite to this day.
I have two of their CD's and I hope I might get to see them in concert someday. :) |

My entire fam loves this band. We go see them in concert every year - it is our holiday tradition now. We even started taking my son last year and he is 5 (& a big fan). I've been listening to Beethoven's Last Night alot recently. I don't usually listen to the Christmas albums until winter - it just feels weird listening to them during the rest of the year. The songs that are purely instrumental, however, I keep on my MP3 player year round.

Oh my god.
I just saw a concert by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra... it blew my mind. Holy frick. It was the most amazing thing I have EVER seen! I can't wait until they go on tour next year. :< Their lights are amazing, and the people in the band are so spirited and into their music. It was a joy to watch. ...I don't know when their new CD is coming out, but I cannot wait. :< |
I love their Christmas music! >.< They came around here, but I found out the day before and could not attend the concert... I have yet to obtain any of their albums though. :sweat: |
