[Band] Seether
I love this band. I just got two CDs from a friend for Christmas! I love Remedy and Fake It the most at this time. Anyone else like this band and their music? Discus it here.

I heard them on the radio recently. I can't really recall what song is my favourite but they're nice to listen to once and a while. In general I think the most obvious thing I like about the band is the ability to create song with strong emotion and not have too much or any screaming. Bands that do that express it powerfully but I think that Seether is especially good at that. I'll get back her when I get home to get my favorite song posted.

I have yet to get the new CD(or is it CDs now, I only have Karma and Effect). I got hooked by "Remedy" being played on the Radio. Then reinforced by the music video of the same song. That thing is just plain creepy yet can't take eyes off.

A long time ago, when Kiwizzle was a freshman in high school, Seether was the only band she listened to. XD
Seriously though, around 6 years ago, Seether was my all-time favorite band. Because I was a self-loathing kid who was angry all the time, Seether's Disclaimer album never left my CD Player. I used to listen to it in order to calm down. No one knew who they were at that time, so I felt that Seether was very special to me. Don't get me wrong, I love Seether's new songs too, but I will always cherish my copy of Disclaimer. It's so worn out now, but I still keep it and listen to Disclaimer II if I feel like listening to it. "Remedy" is the most awesome song, in my opinion, but I didn't really like the Karma and Effect album all that much. I still want to get the new album though. "Fake It" is amazing! <3 |
My Seether CD is one of the few CDs I can put in and just listen to the whole thing without skipping any of the songs. They aren't my favorite band and I'm not sure any of their songs would make my top 10 list, but I think it's pretty impressive that I like all of their songs...at least the 20 songs on the Disclaimer II CD I have. I can relate to the things they say in their songs...usually from more than one perspective.

Seether is one of the bands that I can listen to their whole CD without having to skip songs. I have Disclaimer II and Karma & Effect, but I have yet to get their newest CD "Finding Beauty in Negative Spaces".

Ah, man I love this band. Definitely. I suppose my favorite song would be Broken.

I love Seether!! I actually got the chance to see them in concert last month, alon with Econoline Crush and Three Days Grace.
Seether made the night, even those who weren't big fans of them agreed. |
There are some other songs of theirs that I have grown to like. I like all but tracks 6, 9, and 12 on the Finding Beauty in Negative Spaces CD.
