dang! that looks friggin tight! great job, but one thing when you do color her, make sure you make her look like she's wearing leggings. winter time ish cold, and i dunt think any sane girl would go out in a skirt without leggings ^^
good luck in coloring it! and i would say either medium would look good, maybe photoshop, but if you had copics or prismas, you might wanna try that too ^^ hope you post the final pic when you get around to finishing it ^_~ |

That's some fantastic line art. I like the suggestion of scanning it in for photoshop and then coloring it with pencils so that you can have at least two finish products. You cold also just clean it up and make it look like a coloring book line art and post it so that others could try there hand at coloring it. Of course at that point you may want to water mark it as your own or some other identifier that lets others know that this was originally your creative material.
