I'm just fed up with being judged for something I do. Everyone has their things. Some people do drugs, other people have fetishes, whatever. It's something we DO. I dated this one girl, and I confide everything in the girls I date. And one thing I told her was that I smoke pot. She told me not to do it again or she'd break up with me. So I shrugged and went, "Then this relationship is going to be a lot shorter than you hoped."

Pot heads scare me alot less than peole who say that ot heads should drop dead . . . they are people regardless of their choices and you should be ashamed of yourselves for thinking things like that about people.

Okay pot is illegal because it's full of shit that take you on trips that ARE NOT GOOD FOR YOU! I never said cigs are great cause they are legal. They are bad too. Listen to yourselves though. "I do pot and I'm a straight A student." "I do pot and this one time we were trippin' out."

Yeah whatever you think you can do whatever you want, whenever you want because you wont get caught but hey that's fine whatever. Kids are getting younger and younger when they start pot. My friend smokes pot and she tells me all the time how she's in control and how she wont get caught by anyone. I know that she isn't though. She becomes over emotional. She scares the crap outta her mom cause she's worried about her daughter.
Her mom eventually found out and wasn't okay about it, but when she found that she couldn't change her daughter's mind she let her be. My friend then lost a lot of time in her life. She wasted so much. Now two years later she regrets everything. "Being a druggie wasn't worth losing my job and mom. It wasn't cool when my friends stopped hanging out with me and the only people who would are the one's who sold to me."
I can't believe it when people tell me that smoking pot doesn't change anything about them, cause I grew up with it. I saw my parents go from one drug to the next because 'it just wasn't enough anymore'. I saw them fight and then split up. I watched my mom get with another drug user and it's going the same way it was with my father. It wont last long.
Cigs are only legal because of all the people who are/were supporting it. Now pot is turning out to be the same, but look at all the draw backs with cigs. The caner, the sickness, the way kids are getting to them younger and younger.
Who knows what chemicals get sprayed on to or are used to grow pot. It makes the drug 'better' and it gives off a better high. It costs more so you better save up pal. Pot will never become legal because of the abuse it's going through. Maybe if people weren't so stupid about it, then MAYBE. Cigs are getting fucked up too so who knows what may happen to those.
And no I never had to go to the nurse's office and see some stupid poster cause I didn't need too. I saw everything happen with my own eyes. I smelt the smoke and I saw the bongs, I've seen drug dealers and I've grown up in a house full of stupid shit you wouldn't even be able to comprehend.

You're the kind of person I like. Even though you don't do drugs, you're the kind of person who's open about it and accepts everyone's views. Honestly, considering the kind of people that have posted here, you're really smart compared to them.

Ha. No thanks. Since I'd rather not die, I think I'll stick with smoking pot in my garage. And I'm not a heavy pot-smoker. I'm recreational. And you've never smoked pot, so how can you say there's a better rush? Get your facts straight.

Kiwizzle: It changes some people, but not all of them. The people that change the most are the people that deny when they actually have a mental addiction to whatever drug. The people that use it to 'escape from the pain' and stuff. That's what prozac is for. And the people that believe in the 'medicinal properties' of marijuana really just want to get high without getting busted by the cops. Quite honestly, your views would be a lot different if pot was legal. A lot of peoples' views would be.

thanks, I know alot of judgemental people and they are usualy mean and hurtfull. I also know alot of potheads and the meanest thing they have ever done to me is try and buy me some mexican food.

I am going by moral. I feel that kids, or anyone for that matter, shouldn't smoke. I feel that doing anything to make you less in control of yourself is stupid and just makes you look like a damned fool. I don't give a shit about the law. It can go fuck itself for all I care, but putting something that you don't know what's happened to, and I don't mean poison just more addicting, or even what may happen to you later on is stupid. Why smoke, drink, or do other foolish things just cause you THINK it makes you feel better?

they arn't saying that they dont exept you not smoking pot they are just asking you to respect your desisions. eating mcdonalds is probably worse for your health than pot.
