oh wow bride! i like the style and coloring of the new art you did. a really nice direction it's headed to.
just one tip with marker strokes, try to use longer and faster strokes when covering large areas, it's really difficult at first, but it makes the texture look less patchy. hope that kinda helps TwT |

Latest crappy art of mine I use Prismacolors... I wish I had more colors... v _v None of the art stores here actually buy them.. they just have a couple of old ones... Bleh. |

I'd have to go right into london to get my copics and it'd probably be a crappy range too, so I buy online ^^ i need some more though... greys, pinks, purples, blues, and greens. and some more blonde colours XD i don't have fineliners for copics either ... my hand is very shaky with black to when doing black hair i used normal fine felt tip in black >> |

I'm a marker user too but I still have a lot to learn about them. I have a bunch of tria and prismacolor markers I've been using for a couple years and I used to do a few commissions for them on gaia when I was more of an active member. I made some class projects this year using them too, but my digital camera broke before christmas so I can't post it. ;__; One is this giant portrait of the singer Hyde and 1/4 was marker, 1/4 colored pencil, 1/4 collage, and 1/4 crayon, and I remember the marker part took me at least 5 hours. XD Erm, but yes, the chibis :p These are my better works, my older ones are ancient and bad looking XD;;

Don't ever ink in ball-ink pens because it smears up when you go over it in marker. microns or copic liners are a better choice to go about inking though ^^ |
