I was only out of it for a couple of seconds but I woke up with a headache as I hit the floor quite hard. I now have a nasty bruise on my arm because of the needle too.

Congrats on the diet. I can't stand needles either. I don't think I've ever fainted in my life before though. I just get really freaked out about needles and I try to escape from the doctor. At least when I was a kid I did, I'd actually run away. Now that I'm an adult I just don't go to the doctor. Bad, I know, but I'm always afraid they will stick me with something. The dentist scares me enough as it is. But yeah, the needle thing is a really big problem for me. I actually wouldn't mind if I fainted, then I wouldn't know what was going on!
