Here. I can't find anything on gaia about the event.

yeah, here I don't know either.
On Gaia, click on the prom ad on the home page and you "Go Dance". Then you enter the game server and have to play a finger version of DDR to get the items. |

No you are to hit the button at the top of the window that pops up that says dance I think. Then you play it like that DDR game for the playstation using the arrow keys.
