Your Bought Albums Collection

I checked the threads-thread, and surprisingly this wasnt even in there! So mene, have your go and show me what youve got! :3

Post:
- No singles
- Live cd's, B-sides, EP's and the likes which are ok.
- No soundtracks, collections, or the likes of that.
- bought stuff, not coppied. Doesnt matter wether someone gave it to you or wether you bought it. Its about the bought cd, thats all.
- Cd's from artists that arent real common. Aslong as the artist has a recordlabel.
- What you listen to. If there's cd's you dont listen to, dont post them.

---

I myself tend to buy lots of albums. Matter of fact, I cant help my wishlist from growingXD
My list:

Coldplay - X&Y

Ummm... I don't think there is room for my list. Especially if I include all that I have bought when younger but don't listen to now.

I have a bunch, but basically the only thing that matters is that I have purchased almost all of Marilyn Manson's entire discography. I have all the LPs on CD and some rarities, singles, and live tracks/bootlegs I downloaded online. People are always surprised I'm such a huge Manson fan because everything else I listen to is... totally different.

EpoxyObsession 01-17-2008 04:05 AM

Um, I don't buy music. I mean, I've bought maybe four CDs in my entire life:

Britney Spears - Baby One More Time
LeAnn Rimes - Blue
Avril Lavigne - Let Go
Pokemon The Movie Soundtrack

And I have about 1028 songs on my computer. You can kind of see when I stopped buying CDs. Somewhere around age 12.

Yeah, I'm a pirate. Maybe I'll pay for stuff when I have a job where I can make more than $7 an hour.

Penny 01-18-2008 01:28 AM

The most awesome song ever.
Or reasonably close. By Why?.

Dearest 01-18-2008 09:44 AM

OH! I only ever buy albums when I get someone to pay for me, have giftcards to use, or really LOVE and wish to support an artist, and it's an album so fantastic it's not enough just having the files on my computer.... I'm actually beginning to get a collection, but I'll only list the ones I still listen to...

Thomas Dybdahl - ...That Great October Sound
Thomas Dybdahl - Stray Dogs
Thomas Dybdahl - One Day You'll Dance For Me, New York City
Thomas Dybdahl - Science
Superfamily - Warsaw
The Lionheart Brothers - Dizzy Kiss
Samuel Ljungblahd - Reason Why
Patrick Wolf - The Magic Position
Patrick Wolf - Lycanthropy
The Shins - Wincing The Night Away
Blind Archery Club - The Union

All Norwegian except for The Shins, Patrick Wolf, and Samuel Ljungblahd, but the latter is Swedish, so it's kinda strange as well.

The rest are all Norwegian ^^
I am Norwegian, so I would know about them...
It's kinda strange, tho... Most people I know who are Norwegian, don't listen to Norwegian music, even if it is fantastic... A shame really, 'cause most of the Norwegian music I hear is top-notch!
People are really missing out on something... *nods*

Uh, can I put best ofs? Because I have alot of best ofs.
I've got something like 90 CDs, but I only listen to a few of them. So here are the ones I listen to (alphabetically, too. Since that's how they are on my CD rack)

"Permanent Vacation" - Aerosmith
"Dirt" - Alice in Chains
"Rubber Soul" - The Beatles

"Gypsy Punks: Underdog World Strike" - Gogol Bordello
"Nimrod" - Green Day
"Appetite for Destruction" - Guns N' Roses
"Use Your Illusion I" - Guns N' Roses (I have II, but I don't listen to it)
"Greatest Hits" - Guns N' Roses
"Janis Joplin's Greatest Hits" - Janis Joplin
"Nirvana" - Nirvana (Their best of)
"Full Moon Fever" - Tom Petty
"Every Breath You Take: The Singles" - The Police (It's not a single. It's a best of, pretty much)
"Uplift Mofo Party Plan" - The Red Hot Chili Peppers
